I was greeted upon arrival. The comforter that I had dry cleaned came apart (old) and I was informed to NOT have it dry cleaned again. I was also told that it was sewn back up where it had come apart. I offered to pay for the repair and was told no charge. That was above and beyond. VERY IMPRESSED!

I was pleased with everything . However, when I picked up my comforter and coat. Your staff person handed me my coat when he could have easily just hung it on my car hook. It could have been the extra step for true customer service.

Any and all requests are granted by the staff. They’re honest and friendly. I recently left money in a shirt pocket and to my surprise the $50 was returned. I will keep using Today Dry Cleaning as my one stop shop! Best regards, Tony.
