Paid for sleeves to be creased on order yesterday...only one sleeve did..nothing to collar..Quality.....very poor...

I got home looked at my dress and noticed there was green spots on it that It didn’t have before I had taken it to the cleaners

I should have been told that the spots wouldn't come out. That would allow the customer to plan instead being caught by surprise just before needing to wear the clothing. I took the pants back the following day after pickup and when I returned a couple of days later it wasn't much better. This means it might be time to go to a different cleaners other than today's cleaners.

This is the second time I try to use Today Cleaners and they never clean the clothes. The blazer still smells and I even asked to make sure they put extra deodorize on the clothes and still had an issue. If you want some actually quality dry cleaning go to Kleenerz they actually clean your clothes. Last time I will ever go to today cleaners. Was told by assistant manager Vanessa she did not know what to tell me also that they don’t remove odors, and to call manager in the morning.

Erica was off but I gave my name, phone number, and dropped off two new shirts I received for Christmas (1 flannel, 1 corduroy) and advised of my coupon. Next day, they found my order but my information was not in system, they needed my address, phone number, credit card, no coupon was used. How can my information be there one day and not the next? NOW, you send me a better coupon for 30% off. AND it's my birthday (12/29) thank you for making me feel so special! Disappointed and frustrated.
