Great job on cleaning. I feel like eligible coupons should be automatically applied without me having to put them with my clothes.

A little slow coming out but rep was very friendly. Loved the text alert letting me know my order is ready. Picked up clothes but the service was even slower. I worked at a drive thru cleaners for 9 years and we were taught to get out there to the car in less than 2 minutes and if we were later than that time. We apologized to the customer. I look forward to coming back soon.
