I tried to get my 7 years old daughter dresses dry cleaned and the price for each dresses was $14.99 after discount. I found that extremely expensive that I decided to get my 7 shirts to be cleaned. I have been charged $63 for 7 shirts. I find your price way too expensive that I am not going to go back to Today Cleaners
The stain didn’t come out of my daughters dress. And I was charged full price for an adult dress. You should change your policy on stain removals meaning you shouldn’t charge full price if you can’t get the job done.
several times when my husband gets his shirts sleeves aren’t pressed when I drop off pants they come back pressed flat instead of creased not been happy

Shitty asssss people
I get there at 3:59PM. The girl that helped me had no people skills and personality! She went to get my items then came back and told me to come back in 15 to 30 minutes. I commented to her my items were to be ready by 4:00PM. Well apparently she had lost one item and she said to wait while she continued looking. Well after a few minutes she found it. Not very professional and Today’s Cleaners needs to work on their employees people skills and greeting.
The price to have a pair of women’s pants and one knee length dress was $29.84. This will be the last time I use them despite the convenience.
I had brought in a pants and a jacket that my wife wore. When my wife went to pick up the order all she picked up were the pants. I had to go back and inquire about where the jacket was at. They went back and looked for it and found that the jacket's tag had dropped off and it was just waiting for someone to claim it. The nice gesture was that they didn't charge me for the cleaning.
