I was quoted a loyalty price for my shirts when I dropped them off for $3.19 and I was quoted a different price when I picked them up dollars The price was $3.59 was not happy they should charge you What was quoted

My designer jacket was damaged. The zipper was broken off. Instead of fixing it I was told since my jacket was technically still wearable, all they would do is refund my dry cleaning fee, ($9) or if I had the original purchase recipe they would refund the cost of the jacket. The jacket was Baby Phat. I have had Baby Phat jackets damaged in the past, but other dry cleaners have always fixed the damaged part. Very polite and professional.
I took a suit in to have cleaned, expecting to have some stains removed. I picked up the suit and overall it looked clean, but the stains were still there with red tape marking them. It didn’t look like there was even an attempt to take the stains out. I’ll be doing my dry cleaning somewhere else, it’s too expensive here to not get the clean you’re expecting.

Every time I take my uniform in for cleaning and pressing, never fails that my long sleeves have double creases. (Every time). I’ve brought it up to employees that I don’t want double creases and when I pick it up, they still have double creases.
You lost my bag of clothes. —- I will NEVER be back
