In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. You guys are fast! I appreciate that. Everyone I spoke to was kind and friendly to me. One little thing happened that was funny. I dropped off 10 shirts and one pair of pants. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. When I went back to pick up my clothes, I paid a fair price and was on my way. The gentleman who helped me was quiet but friendly. TJ dry cleaners has done a terrific job cleaning and pressing my dress and casual shirts! The staff is awesome and do an amazing job! I’m glad I found them, I will use no other!
Great experience all around. I had dry cleaning done for 3 suits and laundry on 5 dress shirts. These were old clothes that had stains and they were able to get all of the stains out. My items were done the next day, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend
