In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. I have only been using them for a short time but I was all in from my very first visit. The guys that work there are very nice, efficient, and excellent at what they do. I like that I drop my order off and the next day normally earlier than the time they quoted me, my items are ready to be picked up. They sent me a discount coupon after my first visit as a thank you, though I accidentally erased the text link, but their pricing is very reasonable so it's OK. The service was great however, I did not like that I had to present my coupon before services at the time of drop-off. I had a coupon when I went to pickup items and they said they could not honor discount because it was not presented at the time of drop-off. Stupid rule but the gentleman who were there were very nice. Some rules need to be changed and that rule is one of them.
Seems the process has improved, I didn’t like how the cashier was with me a couple of times. But since the new owners, I do see a positive change. Satisfied at the moment, keep up the good work!
They do a great job! I do my dry cleaning weekly and they haven’t disappointed. Bon is a really great guy as is everyone who works there. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile!!!!!
I never have issues with the dry cleaning, at all. The care of my husband's suits are great. The price is the best around. However the customer service is lacking. When helping a customer headphones should be off & communication is important.
