In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. You guys are fast! I appreciate that. Everyone I spoke to was kind and friendly to me. One little thing happened that was funny. I dropped off 10 shirts and one pair of pants. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. When I went back to pick up my clothes, I paid a fair price and was on my way. The gentleman who helped me was quiet but friendly. Great experience all around. I had dry cleaning done for 3 suits and laundry on 5 dress shirts. These were old clothes that had stains and they were able to get all of the stains out. My items were done the next day, and the pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend
Owner operator and it shows. So much better than using well know companies. The owner Ross spent several hours cleaning our sectional. It looks like new! We asked him if he could also clean a few area rugs. He did an excellent job on the rugs as well. Ross communicated with me by texting reminders and let us know when he would arrive. He was on time, friendly and hard working. I would highly recommend Ross and TJ Dry Cleaners.
They do a great job if you drop your clothes off early enough they are typically ready same day. I would love to see discount emails for shirts/pants more frequently, but other than that very happy with the service.
Excellent experience ! What I like is the fact that they do their laundry services in-house! First time using them but won’t be the last! They are my go-too when I’m in need of having my suits, shirts, etc cleaned! Thank-you!!
