In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. They are very friendly and personal while being very professional. We switched from our other dry cleaners because they had raised their prices quite a bit. TJ’s Dry Cleaners have probably the best prices on their services. They were very fast and it was really nice to receive a text letting us know everything was ready. They will give you your own personal drop off bag, to drop off your items at any time of the day or night. Just a great service all around.
Great service , it was my first time using their services . The items were ready to be picked up next day as indicated in the pickup ticket . Shirts were laundered and ironed nicely so were the pants . Prices were reasonable too. Would have been if they were able to fully get the stain out of my shirt . It looks lighter but still there . But overall great service
This was my second time using TJ Dry Cleaners services and has not been disappointed. They took of me right away when walking in door and told me they would have my clothes ready next day at 1pm but texted me earlier in morning and was able to pick up early. They definitely Have a quick turn around! My clothes were taken care of and cleaned very well :)
They were a true lifesaver this weekend!!! I was in a wedding Saturday at 3 and the person steaming our dresses gave them back to my sister and myself Friday night at roughly 6pm and she mentioned there were black stains on the dresses? She said they were not very noticeable but when we looked at them they were extremely noticeable!! I called about 6 dry cleaners in Mason and no one could help me and guarantee the time.
