In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. The TJ Dry cleaners staff is always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are a little high but the coupons that the send are helpful. I’ve never had any issues with them as far as the clothes and the service that they provide; are concerned.
Customer service has always been outstanding and I'm always greeted by name. The end product of my cleaning is exceptional. We are so lucky to have such a great small business in our community.
When I dropped off my clothing items, the employee that waited on me was very courteous, and acknowledged the stain concerns I had on my items. When I picked up my clothes the next day, all stains were completely gone! Timeliness, price, and quality was very good!
The staff is very nice and helpful. The cleaning is done promptly and I receive a text when it is time for pickup. I also noticed today that they have a price comparison with other cleaners in the area at the counter. They fare well.
I have brought items here in the past, but most recently brought a skirt and a tailored jacket. The service is efficient and everyone I’ve met with and spoken to has been professional and helpful
