Quality and results of the dry cleaning are excellent. I bring all of my sweaters there for dry cleaning and have always been very satisfied with the work. Howevere, I wish the staff were more friendly at the front desk - by smiling more and being more "customer service" oriented by by being more helpful. I usually have 25-30 sweaters at a time. So when I pick it up - there's a lot and i have to make a few trips to my car to load the clean sweaters. No one at the front desk offers to help me. Other than that - I'm satisfied ... read more

Tried this cleaner based on other Google reviews. I have to agree that TJs has a friendly and helpful staff. Dropped off several blazers and they were ready to pick up the following day. Price was reasonable especially for such quick service. Located along US42 near old Mason, post office. Don't drive too fast or you will miss it.

I love this place. I've been going here for approx 8 years. Everyone there is extremely welcoming and they always give my dog a treat. She loves going there and every Saturday she's pawing at me to go. It runs much deeper than that though. They are also kind enough to print my transactions annually for tax purposes. Great staff. Good prices...and some of the best customer service u can ask for. I've never had one issue there. Highly recommend 👌

I needed a dress steamed for wrinkles the day before a wedding I was attending. They immediately helped me and my dress was ready in 45 minutes maybe even sooner!!! Very helpful, friendly and affordable!!

Had a pair of jeans repaired here. Took a few days which was no big deal. I would recommend calling the store to confirm what day items for alterations are picked up so you can drop off in time. Pick up is on Tuesdays at the time of this review. Everyone there was friendly and service was quick.
