In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. Dropped off 2 suits to be pressed and requested that they were finished by end of day. The lady at the front counter was very polite and made sure that my suits were ready! On top of everything it only took them a couple of hours. Will be using and recommending in the future for sure.
They were very helpful on describing exactly what they could do for my dress. At pick up, my dress was absolutely beautiful and looked brand new. The dress had very old stains and now they’re completely gone!
Been here three times; first visit was pleasant. Second visit, not so much; third visit...staff was downright rude. I will pay the extra money and frequent Tide Dry Cleaners...always friendly, happy to assist.
Customer service has always been outstanding and I'm always greeted by name. The end product of my cleaning is exceptional. We are so lucky to have such a great small business in our community.
Very good experience, I used the drive thru to drop off and pick up no problem. My dress that TJ’s cleaned for me looks nice also.
