In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. I've been using this dry cleaners for 30 years (including many years under the previous owner). The service has always been great and the prices are the best in Cincinnati. I dropped off a bag of laundry in their after hours dropbox after 8 pm on Tuesday. I was in the area the next afternoon and I stopped in thinking that the laundry and dry cleaning couldn't be ready. I was wrong! Everything was ready and it saved me another trip. I've never had a problem in all these years.
Have been very good since before the changeover. One girl has worked there for a very long time and is always excellent. In my last pickup a new girl was there and she was there the week before. When she saw I was behind someone, she stopped her work on some shirts and came to take care of me. Very kind and sincere. Fast and good service, reasonably priced and very pleasant staff. Will definitely keep using them going forward.
I brought a 3 piece suit to dry clean and fix the zipper,the lady that was at the desk took my info and told me she would make sure the zipper was done, well i come back to pick it up and it was cleaned nicely yet the zipper looks like not even an attempt was made to fix. Update: thanks Lyndsey for fixing the pants the zipper works really good, appreciate the attention to detail and quick response.
