In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. My experience was exceptional. The service delivered was altering the waist measurement of 9 pair of Levis. Not an easy task due to the thickness of denim. The work was completed with perfection and the fit is exactly what I wanted. The price per pair was a good value as well. I encourage anyone in need of this type of service to go to TJ Drycleaners. They are fast and friendly! Did a great job on my gown and husband’s suit. Cost was very reasonable as well. I will use only them from now on.
TJ Dry Cleaners did an excellent job on my suit. They even sewed back on a button that came off my suit. Dropped it off mid afternoon and they were texting me the next morning letting me know it was all done. Highly recommend this place. I won't take my suits anywhere else.
They are very friendly and personal while being very professional. We switched from our other dry cleaners because they had raised their prices quite a bit. TJ’s Dry Cleaners have probably the best prices on their services. They were very fast and it was really nice to receive a text letting us know everything was ready. They will give you your own personal drop off bag, to drop off your items at any time of the day or night. Just a great service all around.
This was my second time using TJ Dry Cleaners services and has not been disappointed. They took of me right away when walking in door and told me they would have my clothes ready next day at 1pm but texted me earlier in morning and was able to pick up early. They definitely Have a quick turn around! My clothes were taken care of and cleaned very well :)
