In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. The staff is very nice and helpful. The cleaning is done promptly and I receive a text when it is time for pickup. I also noticed today that they have a price comparison with other cleaners in the area at the counter. They fare well.
Love this place! Fast, and affordable!! Our clothes look great every time!!! We moved further away and tried other dry cleaners close to home. Did not compare at all… We will continue to use TJ’s. You guys are the best! Thank you 😊
My experience was exceptional. The service delivered was altering the waist measurement of 9 pair of Levis. Not an easy task due to the thickness of denim. The work was completed with perfection and the fit is exactly what I wanted. The price per pair was a good value as well. I encourage anyone in need of this type of service to go to TJ Drycleaners. They are fast and friendly! Did a great job on my gown and husband’s suit. Cost was very reasonable as well. I will use only them from now on.
