I appreciate that TJD actually emailed me that they had applied a credit the same day I entered this compalint.I also received a phone call from their owner the following day wanting to understand the issue better, and he agreed that I should have been advised that they would look into seeing if the coupon could have been applied. If I had received this I would have never made a complaint.I have not had any quality or service issues with them, and their workers are friendly and courteous.
