In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. I am so impressed with TJ’s! I dropped off 3 blazers on Tuesday afternoon and received a text the next day at 11am that they were ready for pickup, even though I had been told it would be after 3pm. My clothes were clean and neatly pressed. Great service and very reasonable prices! I will definitely be a regular customer!
They had my items done in less than 24 hours all 5 of them and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be going here from now on! Great service !
TJ CLEANERS is terrific! They ALWAYS do a great job. Everyone is friendly and the turn around time is fast. I really love the nice bag they give you with personal ID, in case we drop things off after hours❣️If the option was on here I’d give a 20 star review ❣️
I like this dryer cleaner for several reasons. They have great Customer service, and the property is clean and colorful. I also like the feature that texts you when your dry cleaning is complete.
I showed up to TJ’s 15 minutes before they closed after my dog had peed on my dry clean only comforter. The employees were so nice to me and told me they would take care of it. 18 hours later it was ready to be picked up and my comforter looks brand new! I couldn’t be happier!
