In 1992, we were fresh out of college and kindly introduced to the dry cleaning industry by a local, trusted Cincinnati dry cleaner. We discovered we love serving people and we love dry cleaning! In 1995, we were given the opportunity to open our own store and later expanded to a 2nd location in 2004. I've been using this place for years. After my wife passed away and I moved to a different part of town I still take my clothes to them. They are prompt, courteous, and do a great job for a great price.
Excellent price, excellent service! The manager was able to clean my (simple) wedding dress and my husband's jacket in just a few hours! Will definitely use again :)
I haven't used a dry cleaner in over 20 years. I haven't had many garments that require it. This is a good one! I taught Fabric Services/Dry Cleaning at local Vocational HS for 20 years so I have lots of experience with the business.
I suspect our Credit Card info was stolen at this location this week. I had to cancel the card. I called the location and asked for a manger. " Sorry the manager is not in". I messaged the company through their online messaging and they said they would respond, but did not. BE WARNED. I am assuming it was a skimmer device. The "tap" feature didn't work and the employee was a bit to ambitious to encourage inserting the card. .
TJ's has always done a fantastic job. I'm in and out quickly and they have an automated texting system that notifies me when I can pickup my order. Overall it's has been an excellent experience.
