Love it!!! This is my first time here and I will becoming back, everything is user-friendly once you get the hang of it. Alicia and her sister are fabulous and very helpful with anything you need, they ask if you're ok with everything took pictures with the customer's. All you need is to bring your clothes and phone, and snacks cause there is no vending machines, but that's ok cause you're really only here for a short while. Download the app that way before you come you can know how many machines and dryers are available.
I like the convenience of not having to haul laundry detergent with me. The staff if pleasant. My issue is the sewage smell in the morning, more towards the right side of the laundromat 🤢
What a great addition to the neighborhood definitely! I love the fact that it comes with free dryer sheets and detergent/softener. You never have to worry about taking that quick trip to the store for detergent. Also LOVE that you don’t ever have to make that stop at the bank for cash anymore. LOVE that everything is done on the app! Super convenient!! This place is now definitely my number one spot to do my laundry. Vianey your worker is also so helpful every time, always willing to answer my questions! 10/10
Its convenient due to the fact you don't have to bring your own detergent, but if thier machine messes up it's up to you. The staff doesn't seem very knowledgeable or even eager to help. Thier machine messed up and I had to pay for another wash instead of just giving me a complimentary wash. I had to take my wet clothes out and transfer to another washer and pay out of pocket
First time here, and can't wait to come back. Washing has never been so convenient.Everything is all ready, load the machine select soap, and fabric softener, your phone tracks the time so you know how much time you have. The staff was very helpful. Alicia and her sister went above and beyond to help. I enjoyed the experience ☺️. I will recommend 👌 this Laundromat ❤️ 👌 👍 to Everyone.
