This tide is a Great laundromat! The machines were clean and worked well, the place was well-maintained, and everything was easy to use. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were fair. I was able to wash and dry my clothes quickly without any issues. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this laundromat to anyone looking for a clean and reliable place to do laundry.
Love it!!! This is my first time here and I will becoming back, everything is user-friendly once you get the hang of it. Alicia and her sister are fabulous and very helpful with anything you need, they ask if you're ok with everything took pictures with the customer's. All you need is to bring your clothes and phone, and snacks cause there is no vending machines, but that's ok cause you're really only here for a short while. Download the app that way before you come you can know how many machines and dryers are available.
Vianey at the tide laundromat was very nice and polite, she knew how to show me the proper way to use the machines and she was very knowledgeable in explaining how the machines work! I thank her because she was very polite and patient with me and I’ll recommend family and friends to come here, because I’ll be coming back to do my laundry here!
I absolutely recommend this place to all my friends. Ive been dropping off my laundry since they opened and the workers here are the best. Rosario and Victor provide exceptional service every time! I keep saying I'm going to come in and wash here because the place is always so clean and welcoming but I am hooked on drop off. Your clothes will smell wonderful. And what's the most impressive is how well they fold everything! Everything! Seriously Victor and Rosario make this place a gold star in Little Village. Los dos Vícto... read more
