Super clean laundromat. The change machine wasn't working, I ended up having to download the app just to turn on my washing machine. I used one of the big ones up front which ran me $13 and some change. I washed a whole bunch of my comforters in there as well as some bath rugs and towels. The thing is a beast. You don't need to bring your detergent here, this place has it all included for you. Select the type of Tide detergent and fabric softener. They do offer the Tide free and clear for both. Best laundromat I’ve ever used. It was easy to use as someone visiting from overseas. It’s perfectly clean, all the machines are in excellent working order and there are staff members there to assist you. There’s a machine for quarters and a very clean restroom for customers.

I have a giant, super thick, goose down comforter. I took it to a place in Lincoln Park that said "any sized comforter $35" and they said "nope too big to be cleaned here".. then i went another 2 cleaners and got told the same thing. But then i we t to Tide Laundromat and it went from being impossible to easy! The guy working the counter even helped me navigate the app (one of the options to pay) and i got the comforter to easily fit in the XL washinh machine. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen in my life. A wash was $8.75 but the machine had a giant tub to hold a large load of laundry. The washer dispenses your choice of detergent, bleach if you choose, and your choice of fabric softener. The dryer was $1.25 for 20 minutes which was plenty of time for my clothes. The staff on duty was cleaning the place like they owned it. You can scan a qr code on your phone and pay through the app with your credit card or pay by inserting coins into the machines. Hands down one of the best laundromats in Chicago! If you know how to wash clothes, this place makes it easy breezy. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened back in March, and even two months later, the place is still spotless.
