Best laundromat I’ve ever used. It was easy to use as someone visiting from overseas. It’s perfectly clean, all the machines are in excellent working order and there are staff members there to assist you. There’s a machine for quarters and a very clean restroom for customers.

Hands down one of the best laundromats in Chicago! If you know how to wash clothes, this place makes it easy breezy. I’ve been a loyal customer since they opened back in March, and even two months later, the place is still spotless. The customer service here is top-notch, friendly, helpful, and always ready to answer any questions, which is a rare find compared to many other laundromats in the city. This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen in my life. A wash was $8.75 but the machine had a giant tub to hold a large load of laundry. The washer dispenses your choice of detergent, bleach if you choose, and your choice of fabric softener. The dryer was $1.25 for 20 minutes which was plenty of time for my clothes. The staff on duty was cleaning the place like they owned it. You can scan a qr code on your phone and pay through the app with your credit card or pay by inserting coins into the machines. This place is my new favorite place to do laundry. They have an app that you can load money to so you don't need coins anymore, even though you can use them. It's really easy to use because each machine has its own QR code to help you with the machine you are on. The app even tells you how many machines are open before you even get there and once your machine starts, it keeps up with how much time you have left! My favorite laundromat I’ve ever been to in the city! I have been to the other Tide location in Rogers Park, but this one is a bit less busy, cleaner, and quieter. I’ve gone at a variety of times throughout the week and have never had any issues getting a washer/dryer. The cost is slightly higher than other laundromats, but the detergent, softener, and sheets being included and automatically added is worth the extra small cost for me.
