The place is really clean and brand new. The machines are excellent and there are staff on site. I would have given this place 5 stars but the only reason I put 4 stars is because the machines don’t accept credit cards. The place requires you to bring cash and use their exchange machine to get quarters to use the washing machines. I think it's an excellent laundromat. Everything is always clean and tidy. The machines are very easy to use. You can pay with coins or through the app. The staff is very friendly. They have Wi-Fi or vending machines for drinks or sweets.
I actually love going here! The fact that the laundry machines have detergent and softener built in is pretty cool. Not to mention the different sizes of machines! I like how much maintenance there is here too. Not a lot of places care much to fix things right away. I also love how clean and spacious it is here! The staff members are very friendly and help you out if you have any questions. They are very kind people:)) I highly recommend coming here!
Very satisfied, clean welcoming environment. This place is amazing, soap is dispensed into your clothes and fabric softener free of charge right out of the machine. Free dryer sheets are provided. Workers are great at explaining the process and the owner is so hands on and nice. The advanced technology is insane. There is an app that tells you when your clothes are finished and what machine you’re using. This is my new go to.
Not the best experience. Came to do laundry at 11am didnt leave till 2:20. Over half the dryers were not working they then would tell you its working for you to add clothes and it not work i had to move my clothes over 3 times. Numerous people waiting for dryers. Wish they would have been upfront about dryer issues i would have taken my business elsewhere.
