I actually love going here! The fact that the laundry machines have detergent and softener built in is pretty cool. Not to mention the different sizes of machines! I like how much maintenance there is here too. Not a lot of places care much to fix things right away. I also love how clean and spacious it is here! The staff members are very friendly and help you out if you have any questions. They are very kind people:)) I highly recommend coming here!
Not the best experience. Came to do laundry at 11am didnt leave till 2:20. Over half the dryers were not working they then would tell you its working for you to add clothes and it not work i had to move my clothes over 3 times. Numerous people waiting for dryers. Wish they would have been upfront about dryer issues i would have taken my business elsewhere. I enjoy coming to this laundromat about 75% of the time. The machines are awesome. The idea of the app and not having to bring your own detergent. The only issue I have is depending on who is working the cleanliness of the entire building differs. Some of the workers are very spot on about keeping the floors clean (lint, garbage, dryer sheets etc). Also making sure the bathrooms are clean. Very satisfied, clean welcoming environment. This place is amazing, soap is dispensed into your clothes and fabric softener free of charge right out of the machine. Free dryer sheets are provided. Workers are great at explaining the process and the owner is so hands on and nice. The advanced technology is insane. There is an app that tells you when your clothes are finished and what machine you’re using. This is my new go to.
Seriously my clothes have never been cleaner. I'm sold on these machines. Staff was great. Very helpful in education on using the app. I recommend going when it's less busy. The app gives you this ability!!! They clearly did their homework when they created this and I'm impressed. I do not agree with some of the lower star reviews that I have read before going. I feel some people just are entitled or feel they are.
