The doors mention last wash is 11PM and I was turned away at 10:32 alongside another person. Havent had this happen before as I'm a late washer here because of work and my life. Generally, the place is well kept, and the machines wash well. If you come during typical hours you will enjoy the experience. The hours just need to be more reliable for the later patrons such as myself.
Great place to wash considering having the soap detergent included in the washer. I wish you could pay with debit/credit card on the washers and dryers it'll have been so much easier, instead of going to change quarters or downloading their tide App which not all people will want to including myself. The lady attendants are very respectful and helpful and cleans up the floor periodically.
I went to the Tide Laundromat, and it was a pretty easy visit. There’s a parking lot on the side, which helps a lot. The front door faces a busy street, so it can get crowded. Inside, they have TVs to watch and coin machines that are easy to find and use. The place is watched closely, so it feels safe and looked after.
Amazing staff Suzanna omg she is so perfect in her job. She takes time to teach and shows u what exactly to do. She is a 99.99% great staff. Staff like her derseve award. She is so patient. I grade her 5*******
What a great experience I had at this Laundromat. I brought everything from clothes to bulky blankets. There are different sized washers for how big of a load you have. The app makes for a smooth experience and the touchscreens are easy to use. You can use the app to see how many washers are available before even leaving your house. Jasmine was an AMAZING help.
