Extremely disappointed with my experience at Tide Laundromat in Rogers Park tonight. Their website and social media clearly state they are open until 11 PM, with doors locking at midnight. Based on that information, my children and I arrived around 10:35 PM to do laundry and were completely refused service by the attendant.
