I used to love this laundromat, it was very convenient, even though the prices are on the higher side. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude has really gone downhill. I understand that everyone has “off” days, but lately the rudeness has become the norm, and it’s very uncomfortable. I’ve been coming to this laundromat for several years and overall it has served me well. The facility is clean, the machines work reliably, and it’s conveniently located. My only concern is that there’s no clear rule in place for dryer use. Whether someone runs a cycle for 8, 20, or 30 minutes, the dryers often remain occupied long after they finish, leaving other customers waiting for a long time. Staff is rude and net helpful. Machine always have an error message coming up and staff blames you for it. A staff told me I put to much soap mind you the machine does it automatically. The machine took twice as long to finish because of the error message. Dryers filled up and I was left to wait 30 mins for one to free up. They also don’t clean the lent out often enough thus the dryers take forever to dry your clothes. For 3x the price of a normal laundromat it’s not worth it. Great place to wash considering having the soap detergent included in the washer. I wish you could pay with debit/credit card on the washers and dryers it'll have been so much easier, instead of going to change quarters or downloading their tide App which not all people will want to including myself. The lady attendants are very respectful and helpful and cleans up the floor periodically.

What a great experience I had at this Laundromat. I brought everything from clothes to bulky blankets. There are different sized washers for how big of a load you have. The app makes for a smooth experience and the touchscreens are easy to use. You can use the app to see how many washers are available before even leaving your house. Jasmine was an AMAZING help.
