The doors mention last wash is 11PM and I was turned away at 10:32 alongside another person. Havent had this happen before as I'm a late washer here because of work and my life. Generally, the place is well kept, and the machines wash well. If you come during typical hours you will enjoy the experience. The hours just need to be more reliable for the later patrons such as myself.

I go to this laundromat all the time, me my wife and our kid! I usually love it here! On Sept 28 was a problem! We received email for free large wash. when I get there, the lady says, you pay for one we will give you one free!! That’s not what the coupon said in email, but I just agreed and said okay! I go back and get her for my free wash, she says I can’t use email because it was forwarded to me by my wife!! We have 1 tide account under her email, so I pulled the app up and showed her it’s 1 account same email everything.... read more

Great place to wash considering having the soap detergent included in the washer. I wish you could pay with debit/credit card on the washers and dryers it'll have been so much easier, instead of going to change quarters or downloading their tide App which not all people will want to including myself. The lady attendants are very respectful and helpful and cleans up the floor periodically.

I went to the Tide Laundromat, and it was a pretty easy visit. There’s a parking lot on the side, which helps a lot. The front door faces a busy street, so it can get crowded. Inside, they have TVs to watch and coin machines that are easy to find and use. The place is watched closely, so it feels safe and looked after.

This tide location was always my go-to but since recent events, my husband and I felt unwelcomed. We have a tide account there and attempted to use the promo from the email we received, upon entering the laundry mat the attendant refused to let him use the promo email even when he showed the account logged into the Tide app matched. The worker was rude and started speaking Spanish, not knowing that I also speak it, and denied us service for the free wash.
