I used to love this laundromat, it was very convenient, even though the prices are on the higher side. Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude has really gone downhill. I understand that everyone has “off” days, but lately the rudeness has become the norm, and it’s very uncomfortable. They also don’t seem to manage unattended laundry like they used to, which adds to the frustration. Staff is rude and net helpful. Machine always have an error message coming up and staff blames you for it. A staff told me I put to much soap mind you the machine does it automatically. The machine took twice as long to finish because of the error message. Dryers filled up and I was left to wait 30 mins for one to free up. They also don’t clean the lent out often enough thus the dryers take forever to dry your clothes. For 3x the price of a normal laundromat it’s not worth it. What a great experience I had at this Laundromat. I brought everything from clothes to bulky blankets. There are different sized washers for how big of a load you have. The app makes for a smooth experience and the touchscreens are easy to use. You can use the app to see how many washers are available before even leaving your house. Jasmine was an AMAZING help. The doors mention last wash is 11PM and I was turned away at 10:32 alongside another person. Havent had this happen before as I'm a late washer here because of work and my life. Generally, the place is well kept, and the machines wash well. If you come during typical hours you will enjoy the experience. The hours just need to be more reliable for the later patrons such as myself.

Wow! I love this place. Very convenient and clean. My laundry smelled amazing and I never am able to get me clothes smelling like that. They need to bring this place to Tacoma and Seattle area where I’m from because it’s just so convenient to not have to worry about what to put in the washer. The right amount it added everytime and my clothes came out super clean as I am a truck driver dealing with all sorts of additives that get all over my clothes.
