Tide - Oak Lawn services my son's university with an excellent laundry program. It has been such a great experience. They have streamlined pick-ups and drop-offs. His clothes are timely returned neatly folded. We have had no trouble with damage to any garments. The best part are the people. They respond quickly doing everything they can to keep their customers satisfied. Rude workers, and also never felt like my clothes and towels were ever fully clean. So inconvenient. Half the time the truck would not be there when it was suppose to be. Just overall bad experience
