I appreciate how my local MW cleaners cared for, and kept my items. On a fluke, I decided to try MW. Getting busy with life, I completely forgot about my (many) items that were taken to the cleaners. I left the items for over 6 months! When I finally remembered the items may be at MW - the staff were so very kind and understanding. I am humbled by their help, because I know it could have been quite different.

I use the Cochran's Crossing MW Cleaners - have for many, many years and good chance I'm one of the top volume customers. I'm a faithful customer because the quality of cleaning is consistent and timely. But more than anything is the management - Daniel as manager and the great counter service by Sarah, Cody and all the staff...they remember your name - wear a smile and put the customer first.
