There is no doubt about the quality of the work, cleanliness of the store, and cordiality of the staff, but the price was staggering. I had to drop off with MW Cleaners because my usual cleaner was not open yet and I had to head in a different direction; but needed the dry cleaning done. I took a white linen JACKET for dry cleaning. It was NOT dirty so I am judging the quality of the ironing. VERY POOR..., a jacket sleeve should NEVER be iron flat therefore leaving a deep crease on the sleeves. This is not the first time that I have this jacket clean and no cleaner has EVER ironed the sleeves flat. I am bringing it back to redo.
Service was fast - same day in fact, but I was disappointed in the store's inability to remove a stain from a pair of slacks. They were honest up front that there was a chance it would not come out, but it did not appear there was any difference in the stain before or after the cleaning.
Given incorrect information when order would be ready. JROTC Shirt processed incorrectly twice. Still has a spot on it. Unwilling to leave for processing again.
MW cleaners had great customer service & explained their service options well as a first time customer.
When I dropped off my order on Monday, the lady working told me I would receive an email Tuesday when my order was ready. I received an email at 7:18 pm on Tuesday evening. I went to your 1488 location to pick up my order only to realize that the store closed at 7:00. I'm disappointed that I wasted a trip to your store and that I had to wait another day to be able to pick up my order because yall did not email me until after your location had closed. I will not be back.
Clothes turned out nice but I was surprised at the price - seemed high. When asked if I could have a pricelist employees said that there was not a price list. Had a few pants hemmed and those prices were good. May not return back if there is no way to know how much the dry cleaning will cost.
The first shirt my husband pulled out of the wardrobe to wear after it had been cleaned and pressed by MW cleaners was very creased on the back and the sleeves, so better quality control would have avoided this situation. The other shirts were fine and the pants were great. I went in early, about 3 hrs, just to try my luck to see if my laundry was ready. To my surprise they were so I was very pleased to be able to pick up earlier and avoid the heavy 5:30 traffic. A suggestion would be to alert people as soon as the laundry... read more

Great service but your prices are a problem. I can, with a coupon, get the same cleaning done for less than half of what you charge. Honestly I didn't see any difference. Sorry.
