I have only praise for the MW Cleaners at Alden Bridge. The staff is simply amazing - friendly, helpful and very professional. Little problems can occur - but they are happy and very prompt at correcting them. They are almost like a family to me. Give them a good raise....they deserve no less!
On my last trip, I must have left a bandana in a pocket which I normally wash with clothes at home. I was surprised to see you dry cleaned it, hung it, and charged me for a scarf. I find that a little unnecessary. I did not challenge the ladies working as I figured they could not do anything about it.
My work pants now have two creases. Attention to detail is lacking.
I have been a mw cleaners customer for 6 years. I have asked at the store about 6 times in the last 3 months for a voucher to be emailed to me. They keep emailing some lady or calling her, but I still do not have my voucher. It is hurting my experience severely. I was sent a voucher a few months ago and accidentally deleted it and emptied my trash. I told them the next day and asked to get it emailed again to me. I have been a very loyal customer of the cleaners and men's warehouse.
We have been pleased with the quality of the cleaning of our clothes. We have used your services for years. But the cost of dry cleaning is going through the roof. I had 1 item for my wife dry cleaned and it was 50% of our total bill. What is the reason for the increase of dry cleaning?

Your prices have escalated to the point I will no longer have my cleaning done at your establishment. The jump in prices were quite extreme. Over $8.00 from about $6.00 is a substantial increase to have a pair of cotton capri pants cleaned.
The driver is inconsistent stopping by to pick up my clothes so most of the time I just take it up myself
When I dropped my clothes off the lady taking my clothes didn't really know what she was doing. She never told us any prices and she ended up dry cleaning my shirts that really just needed laundered so we had to pay a lot for dry cleaning when it should have been cheap if they would have been just laundered.
