Service is overall good. My suggestion is to pay a little more attention to missing buttons. Several times my shits come back with missing buttons. It would be nice to have that taken care before they are returned. Thanks, Greg

You are NOT following customer’s instructions. 1- Crease my shirts 2- Do not double/triple crease when you randomly decide to crease 3- Fix broken buttons 4- Do NOT double/triple crease my uniform trousers!! I submitted these on your website-Customer Service link twice, no reply at all.. Clueless customer service so far since purchasing MW Cleaners.

MW Cleaners was better before Tide took over.
You guys are disappointing. I’ve had standing orders to crease sleeves and fold all shirts for years. This has not been consistent on last 2 or 3 orders. Last week 1/2 were folded and 1/2 were on hangers. Please fix this!
Shirts are generally well done except for failure to remove body oil from collars and poor pressing of collars. There seems to be a total lack of interest in resolving these problems. Joe
I dropped off free uniforms to get them to dry clean, and I was charged over $30 and my clothes are still not pressed like they were supposed to be. Also the claim to offer law enforcement discount but was told but since the manager was not there I would have to call their corporate office to get that done. Everywhere else I'll take my uniforms to get starched and pressed I've never how to pay more than $11 15 Max.
