My clothes were delivered in 2 different bags. One had a single faux leather skirt. When I took it out, it was dripping wet. The other bag had a faux leather dress and it was also wet. It was so wet that my husband's silk shirts were were damp and wrinkled. When I called the store, they apologized and said they would reclean the shirts but had no explanation for why the skirt and dress would be dripping wet. Shirts are almost always wrinkled when I get them back. It’s not uncommon to find black marks on them from processing. I don’t think we will use the service much longer.
A second pair of slacks were lost again on this order. One pair has been lost on the last two orders. The ONLY reason I continue to go to this cleaners is the two young men you have working there. Their manners and genuine concern for finding my lost things SHOULD be rewarded. I have mentioned this previously in a survey. Aaron and Caleb deserve some reward. And I deserve to NOT lose anymore slacks.
It’s the third time we experienced shirts not folded but hung. Also didn’t arrive at our home the day it was promised. Needed to call twice to get shirts delivered.
Work was done several days before original due date, because Manager switched the tailor work to another store since the tailor person was on vacation. JWD!

The last several times I have taken my trousers to the cleaners, they come out with double seams on the legs. Decided on trousers, I will have to take them somewhere else.
I sent the clothes in the bag and dropped in the locker including a discount I've received by email. They didn't make me the discount and when I called to complain they told me that the locker service it's provided by another company who can be contacted only by email (which nobody answers).
