I did receive a letter from Tide Cleaners in response to my review and lost items. I very much appreciated the follow up to my review. The manager did say again a check would be coming to partially cover the loss of three pair of slacks. I really appreciate that however that check has still not come. Again I hope some recognition was given to the two gentlemen that represent Tide Cleaners at the front counter. I have always been very pleased using this cleaners at Cochran’s Crossing until they continued to lose my slacks. They lost 3 pair of the same slacks. Finally a very unprofessional “manager”” offered a credit to me. It did not even come close to the value of the clothing. After the 3rd pair was never found they asked that I bring in verification of the price of each pair, which I did. They said I would receive. a check for reimbursement in the mail. Cleaning and alterations as requested delivered and placed as requested Very courteous
I am very please with the dry cleaning of my Summer slacks most especially the white. The White slacks were very soiled and stained and I didn’t expect that they could really get them white again but they look almost new Also I’m grateful for the coupon that I had for the dry cleaning I definitely recommend tide dry cleaners

I took 2 items in for re-cleaning that came back with spots on them. They came back again with the same spots and for the pants, they said they were concerned to try to much more because it could damage the fabric. The pants were no good to me with the stains on them so I soaked them in Oxy Clean and the stains came out completely. For the shirts, I just sprayed the spot with Oxy Clean and it came out easily.
We moved to Fort Worth TX. No Tide cleaners near us or we’d still be customers
