Pick up and delivery is fantastic. However, my husband’s dress shirts always come back with broken and/or missing buttons. The buttons are all perfect when they are sent to the cleaners. It is a huge problem.

Brand new suit was sent in for cleaning and pressing. They pressed in winkles the suit looked terrible
Woke up Friday morning to discover that TIDE Cleaners had withdrawn over $630 form my checking account for Dry Cleaning some curtains that they were supposed to call and give an estimated cost BEFORE performing this disastrous transaction. Nobody contacted us but rather took it upon themselves to deduct $630+ for cleaning? Who in their right mind would think this is OK or conduct business in this manner? IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME TIDE CLEANERS SCREWS ME FOR SURE!
My cleaning order was not delivered on the day promised. I kept getting an email notice telling me I could pick up my clothes at a office clear across town. I went to the local cleaners twice to see what the problem was and the attendant made sure I received my misplaced clothes that the same day.

We needed a doorbell ring and a 30 second wait. The clothes hung on the door handle made it difficult to open the door. I had to go out another door to retrieve them.

When I dropped my garment off for alterations, I spoke to the manager and told him the importance of having it done by a certain time, so I could overnight it to my daughter. He said he could accommodate me and promised it would be ready. When I went to pick it up the seamstress said she couldn’t read the clock on the tag and it wasn’t done.
