I am a regular customer and I use to ask for a handful of the foam for the hangers when I would pick up my clothes. In my last two visits to the store, each time I was told that the manager will not give or sell these to the customers. When I asked why not, both desk people said that was just her policy. The attendants are nice folks, but that answer just left me not wanting to use this dry cleaning location anymore.
The work was fine, but it was exceptionally expensive! We realize costs have gone up, but the bill was nearly $300 for work that would have totaled about $100 at my old cleaners. My fault for not asking when I dropped the items off - I woul have gone elsewhere
Gave several suits for dry clenaing. They pressed the suit trousers like you do the jeans and totally spoiled the formal trousers with creating another crease.

I did not get all of my clothes. I am still waiting on some of them.
You don’t seem to be able to get out spots. Even simple food stains. I have always been surprised that this continues to happen! Everything that has a stain, has a tag attached, clearing yourself.

Had a three piece embroidered Indian dress with tassels and beading that was removed. The recovered beading was handed to me. The nice associate helping asked the manager for me if I could have a discount for the damage since paying over $95 and the manager said no. Any other business would offer a discount for a damaged item. I won’t be returning to use Tide Cleaners again.
