They always do a great job and our driver is so friendly.
We use to drop off and pickup our dry cleaning, until we found out about home delivery. MW provides a door hook, sends an email to let us know what day(s) they will be in our area, so we can leave our personalized bag on our front door. They pick up our MW bag without incident. They quietly drop off the order without a knock and then email us to let us know how many items they received. Once delivered they email us the amount that was deducted from our account. So easy, so convenient, would not want it any other way.
I have had the best experience and my personal valet, Ross is great!
