I called around to several cleaners to get 2 snaps put on my jacket. Only Widmer would do it. I was so thankful. 1st it was close to me, 2nd it got done quick, plus it looks great!! The price was great also!! They forgot to call or text when it was done, but I totally understand life happens, and I’m sure they get busy. I’ll definitely be going back there!! Thank u, Widmer for ur great service!! 😀

I took seven articles of vintage clothing, most from the Victorian era, in to be cleaned, whitened and pressed. They had yellowed with age. I was worried about one blouse in particular because it was very delicate material with many tucks. All of the items came back in beautiful condition! I am truly thrilled with the work Widmer’s did on these precious items and highly recommend this service. We found two wool coats , Woolrich Hunting Jacket from the 50’s and beautiful wool toggle button woman’s coat from the 80’s that we wanted to honor with using and enjoying the family history but we afraid too much time had passed to revive them. I was wrong!!!! Widmer’s cleaned them to perfection and brought them back to life beautifully and made them part of our today and future. Memories and all!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. 4 weeks ago I dropped off a Gucci purse to be dry cleaned. Easy enough. Or so I thought. Ann, the worker that day quoted me 95 dollars for it to be cleaned. I agreed. She told me it would be 3 weeks and id be able to pick it up. She said they "out source" purses. I agreed and thought id have a clean Gucci purse in 3 weeks. I brought in a 2 piece dressy dress with beading on the jacket and a sleeveless long piece. I was impressed with the way the ladies did an entire "once over" on both pieces and addressed possible issues. I felt 100% comfortable leaving the garment with them. The ladies were friendly & helpful. I was beyond pleased when I picked up the dress. Thank you Widmers...I will be a returning customer.
