This is my 2nd big disappointment from tide cleaners. My first one was a dress to dry clean. The same way I gave them the dress, the same way it was returned to me and I paid $20 tor a no service. That was March 2022. The greatest one is this April after the 15. I took a white dress to clean, it was dirty, wish a red drink poured on the bottom. They only wash the dust off it. I will NEVER be taking my dry cleaning here again. I had 5 shirts taken in. Got them back within a few days. I go to put one of my shirts on for work and a coworker pointed out that it was pretty badly wrinkled. When I got home, I noticed that all of my shirts still had back and arm wrinkles from wearing them. Did NOT look like Widmer's even ATTEMPTED to dry clean or dewrinkle my shirts. Prices were very high compared to local cleaners, mistakes of $50+ charges were made and not corrected until I raised the issue and pressed. I will not be back; change your rule about essentially charging twice for pants that come in for dry cleaning needing the originally tag from purchase on them. If they are here for dry cleaning or alterations chances are they aren’t brand new; just a way for greedy people to get over and take extra money. You can read all my reviews, I’m positive and I’m fair. But darn it, some businesses will take advantage of you as a customer and basically rob you blind. I’ll be the first to admit and take ownership of my part in all of this. But first here is what happened. I travel all over the United States for work. I honestly am at a lose for words, well nice ones anyways. I am marrying a friend of mine and took my shirt/pants/tie in to have it cleaned (Professionally cleaned). I am posting pictures to show next stains still there, stains still in every place. I will tell people don’t waste your money just clean it yourself.
