Prices were very high compared to local cleaners, mistakes of $50+ charges were made and not corrected until I raised the issue and pressed. I will not be back; change your rule about essentially charging twice for pants that come in for dry cleaning needing the originally tag from purchase on them. If they are here for dry cleaning or alterations chances are they aren’t brand new; just a way for greedy people to get over and take extra money. I will NEVER be taking my dry cleaning here again. I had 5 shirts taken in. Got them back within a few days. I go to put one of my shirts on for work and a coworker pointed out that it was pretty badly wrinkled. When I got home, I noticed that all of my shirts still had back and arm wrinkles from wearing them. Did NOT look like Widmer's even ATTEMPTED to dry clean or dewrinkle my shirts. This was my first time using Widmer's, and I was impressed. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I needed a dress pressed for a special occasion, and they provided a quick turnaround. The dress was beautifully pressed! I received excellent service and fantastic results.
I took 28 shirts, yes 28! They took care of them all and got them back nicely pressed and crisp and a day sooner than they had told me! Very pleased. Price was reasonable, in my mind, for the amount and work done, and saved me time ironing at home! I will be using them again soon.
You can read all my reviews, I’m positive and I’m fair. But darn it, some businesses will take advantage of you as a customer and basically rob you blind. I’ll be the first to admit and take ownership of my part in all of this. But first here is what happened. I travel all over the United States for work.
