I will NEVER be taking my dry cleaning here again. I had 5 shirts taken in. Got them back within a few days. I go to put one of my shirts on for work and a coworker pointed out that it was pretty badly wrinkled. When I got home, I noticed that all of my shirts still had back and arm wrinkles from wearing them. Did NOT look like Widmer's even ATTEMPTED to dry clean or dewrinkle my shirts. I took 28 shirts, yes 28! They took care of them all and got them back nicely pressed and crisp and a day sooner than they had told me! Very pleased. Price was reasonable, in my mind, for the amount and work done, and saved me time ironing at home! I will be using them again soon.
This was my first time using Widmer's, and I was impressed. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I needed a dress pressed for a special occasion, and they provided a quick turnaround. The dress was beautifully pressed! I received excellent service and fantastic results.
You can read all my reviews, I’m positive and I’m fair. But darn it, some businesses will take advantage of you as a customer and basically rob you blind. First time user, fast setup, was quoted Tuesday, got it back Sunday. Great contact when it was ready. Total time in store for drop off and pickup was 3 minutes. Will be using again in the future.
