I was very pleased with windemere’s cleaners each time I go. The staff is very polite, pleasant. I would recommend Windemere‘s to anyone that needs their clothes cleaned by professionals.
While this company responded that they take customer feedback very seriously they did no such thing when I gave them feedback directly as this situation was unfolding and had no desire to improve their service, nor did they apologize when given the opportunity to do that to me privately. Use this company at your own risk. I brought a special dress to this business for dry cleaning, and it was returned to me torn, being held together by safety pins inside the garment bag. I have been going to Widmer’s since I first got married (40 years ago!) The people who work there are friendly, my clothes come back impeccable and they have done many repairs and alterations (can you say uniform skirt shortening?) I highly recommend them.
Work extremely well done. Deodorant stains from dark silk dress fully removed. Very courteous and professional staff.
