The only thing that keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service provided by Mary. She makes an effort to get to know her customers and if she sees me coming in she’ll already have my items waiting for me. For a super busy person like myself, this kind of customer service is so appreciated and not easy to find these days. If this was a review of only her it would be 5 stars without question. I would suggest everyone to find another cleaner to go to and avoid Widmer's. I brought in some items to be cleaned and was never told a price, only that it would probably be more expensive because I had a lot of large items. I never expected my bill to be over $500. Regardless of the size of the item, I was charged the same price. Their pricing is absurd. If I knew they were going to rip me off, I would have gone somewhere else. Excellent customer service. Widmer did an awesome job of dry cleaning my outfits. Staff is professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Widmer Dry Cleaning at the Kenwood location. Thank you Widmer!

Was moving into a new place and had widmers come in for carpet cleaning service. I wasnt home the entire time to review the cleaning process. Carpet didnt look or feel clean so got a carpet cleaner and started from the master bdroom and the carpet is not clean. I didnt expect the carpet to be new after cleaning but didnt expect to be this filthy after widmers service. Please refer to pictures.
