The only thing that keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service provided by Mary. She makes an effort to get to know her customers and if she sees me coming in she’ll already have my items waiting for me. For a super busy person like myself, this kind of customer service is so appreciated and not easy to find these days. If this was a review of only her it would be 5 stars without question. I would suggest everyone to find another cleaner to go to and avoid Widmer's. I brought in some items to be cleaned and was never told a price, only that it would probably be more expensive because I had a lot of large items. I never expected my bill to be over $500. Regardless of the size of the item, I was charged the same price. Their pricing is absurd. If I knew they were going to rip me off, I would have gone somewhere else. This was my first time using Widmer’s. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! The coupon I used initially wasn’t reading correctly when I picked it up, but they wouldn’t let me leave until everything had been sorted and the coupon was reading correctly. I’d definitely use Widmer’s again.

Took our son’s bespoke wedding white tux jacket to try and salvage it after red currant juice stains were on the back and make up was on the front lapels. Widmers did an awesome job bringing it back to life! Thank you! Vicki S.
