The reflected hours online and at the store reflect a 7am open time. I brought my items there at 10am and it was closed without any note of closure, etc. Not ideal for a new franchise unfortunately.

The only thing that keeps me coming back is the incredible customer service provided by Mary. She makes an effort to get to know her customers and if she sees me coming in she’ll already have my items waiting for me. For a super busy person like myself, this kind of customer service is so appreciated and not easy to find these days. If this was a review of only her it would be 5 stars without question. I would suggest everyone to find another cleaner to go to and avoid Widmer's. I brought in some items to be cleaned and was never told a price, only that it would probably be more expensive because I had a lot of large items. I never expected my bill to be over $500. Regardless of the size of the item, I was charged the same price. Their pricing is absurd. If I knew they were going to rip me off, I would have gone somewhere else.
