I Love coming thru the drive thru where I am always greeted by name with a friendly smile and professionalism. Not to mention the time it takes to get my order ready same day is a very good feature with the option of having my order delivered right to my work is the icing on the Cake. Love there Guys!!
I just left the kenwood store from a recommendation from a classmate. This classmate highly recommended Josh for alterations. Josh was the weirdest person I have every met. We have to stop spending our money from companies that feel they can treat you any way they want. First, he never said Hi, . His greeting was "what are we doing today" I explained what I wanted. Great service I told them I needed a dress ready for the next day for a weeding and they did the job! Efficiency to the max ✨. They also texted me when my dress was ready to be picked up. It looks brand new 😍!
Really unfortunate experience. Classic bait and switch. Was quoted a price for alterations and charged an extra fee. Impossible to reach the “owner” as there’s no other customer service or anyone else who can help so eventually gave up and paid the ridiculous fee.
Widmer’s is hands down the best dry cleaners I’ve ever used! Every visit has been a great experience, and the quality of their work is consistently top-notch. A special shoutout to Kellie—she’s always so friendly, helpful, and goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right. Her attention to detail and customer service truly stands out and makes each visit feel personal and appreciated.
