I am submitting this review because I am being badgered to do so, and as a kind of protest. I have very infrequent need for drycleaning. A drycleaner near me changed ownership and got bad reviews, so I found this place because it had good reviews, and (for my infrequent needs) I didn't mind driving a bit further. I am satisfied with the turnaround, and with the condition of my suit. I would trust this cleaner again with my clothing. I Love coming thru the drive thru where I am always greeted by name with a friendly smile and professionalism. Not to mention the time it takes to get my order ready same day is a very good feature with the option of having my order delivered right to my work is the icing on the Cake. Love there Guys!!
I just left the kenwood store from a recommendation from a classmate. This classmate highly recommended Josh for alterations. Josh was the weirdest person I have every met. We have to stop spending our money from companies that feel they can treat you any way they want. First, he never said Hi, . His greeting was "what are we doing today" I explained what I wanted. Great service I told them I needed a dress ready for the next day for a weeding and they did the job! Efficiency to the max ✨. They also texted me when my dress was ready to be picked up. It looks brand new 😍!
Really unfortunate experience. Classic bait and switch. Was quoted a price for alterations and charged an extra fee. Impossible to reach the “owner” as there’s no other customer service or anyone else who can help so eventually gave up and paid the ridiculous fee.
