Widmers is excellent at cleaning my clothes, but they really excel at customer service. I drive up to the Madeira location and before I even get in the door they have my pick-up clothes already waiting for me! They greet me by name and are always happy to see me. I know they offer drop off and pick up services, but I like the personal touch I receive by coming in.

I went to the Widmer’s dry cleaners in Madeira for the past three years. I will not use them anymore. On my last visit, I was charged $41 for 3 men’s dress shirts to be dry cleaned. This used to cost $15. When I asked why it is now $41, I was told Widmer’s now only cleans based on what is recommended in the garment tag, not on what the customer wants (I have had this issue in the past and they always reverted to dry cleaning how I asked). This new approach makes no sense and my business is going elsewhere.

I've been a loyal customer of Widmer's dry cleaning for more than 41 years. They did an amazing job preserving my wedding dress from over four decades ago. When I took it out last year to have it prepared to have it updated/redesigned. for my daughter's wedding, it was in pristine condition. There were just a few tiny yellow stains, which I brought back to Widmer's, and they removed them swiftly. Their customer service is outstanding, and the quality of their work is excellent.
