It doesnt surprise me that there are no reviews earlier than 7 months ago on the new Tide cleaners after they took over Widmers. I guess nobody has anything to say about the new company. After numerous attempts and patience on my part they were unable to properly clean and press suits , shirts, and pants. I dont think its possible to drive business away like this unless youre really trying hard to do so. This is NOT Widmers any.more. pressing is AWFUL. We sent a nimbernofnitems back to be re-pressed and they came back worse.. We love the alterations there but not the cleaning and not the pressing. Sorry, been coming for 30 years and VERY VERY disappointed.
I was told this was a great shop for cleaning tuxedos, so I made a call and stopped by.... The keeper was very polite and kind, I was very surprised that I didn't get a ticket for my garment, but at the same time it's been a long time since I needed the help from a cleaner. I would have given a five (5) rating but I haven't picked up my tuxedo as of yet so I can't comment on their work, but they promised to have me looking sharp... 👍
Phenomenal service!! I dropped of my clothes and got them two days later very well cleaned, ironed and hanged. They have both hand washing and machine washing and they explain to you which will be best for you based on the material your clothe is made from. I really like that they took the time to explain to me. I highly recommend this location.
Took a skirt to have it shortened, nothing complicated, simple hemming. The alteration was awful. The stitching is wildly uneven, there are portions where frayed fabric is out of the stitching. This was a new skirt and now it looks worn and sloppy. Will have to take to someone else to fix. So frustrating
