I use this Tide cleaners location for simple drop and go alterations and dry cleaning. Their alterations have always been great and although the dry cleaning seems a “bit pricier” than some other spots… I don’t mind because Kindell brings the customer service every single time! She’s friendly, knows my name, is always and smiling and helpful.

I’ve been going to Crest Cleaners for years. Always have been satisfied with their services. But, if you need a dose of kindness and sweetness, drop by Crest at Post Commons in Melbourne. All of the ladies are so nice especially, Kindell. Always with a smile, kind words, great service! Whatever Crest is paying her they should double it.

I’ve had to return my pants 3 different times because they forget to crease them. When I asked for a refund after the third time I was told that we don’t do that. So disappointed in the customer service I received the past few weeks. I spend a lot of money at Tides and can’t believe they can’t get it right….

I gave 8 shirts for laundry. When I went to pickup the shirts, I was charged $34. When I asked why price was high, they said that one of the shirt was dry cleaned and charge was $7.99. I gave the shirts for laundry and not dry cleaning. If they could not use laundry for any shirt then they should have called or texted to check if I wanted to pay $7.99 to clean one shirt they don’t post the price and don’t tell you the cost when you drop the cloths for cleaning. I would never use them again.

Looking for a tailor they said it was a different location and only certain days available during the week. Hard to do because is work. But nice people.
