I use this Tide cleaners location for simple drop and go alterations and dry cleaning. Their alterations have always been great and although the dry cleaning seems a “bit pricier” than some other spots… I don’t mind because Kindell brings the customer service every single time! She’s friendly, knows my name, is always and smiling and helpful.

They were INCREDIBLE !!! I Ordered a dress and it came covered in sharpie marks. Only problem, I could not exchange the dress because it sold out online and customer service was no help. Last resort I went to the cleaners. With the Tide Cleaners app, you can pre-pay for your dry cleaning, and see the price before you even drop it off. They are true to their prices reflected on the app, I will be back

Service provided was top-notch. When you first walk in, you're greeted with a friendly smile and the clothes are returned freshly cleaned and perfectly pressed!

I had a dress that needed to be restitched of only about 4” super easy I could or have sewn it.. I was quoted a $13 price but went to p/u and it was $20 the dress wasn't worth it.. there is no manager to speak w and the cashier said she emailed the owners and I would get a phone call.. I have stopped in there 2 x now and haven’t heard a thing.. this place sucks! No dress, no customer service and over charged….

I’ve had to return my pants 3 different times because they forget to crease them. When I asked for a refund after the third time I was told that we don’t do that. So disappointed in the customer service I received the past few weeks. I spend a lot of money at Tides and can’t believe they can’t get it right….
