I gave 8 shirts for laundry. When I went to pickup the shirts, I was charged $34. When I asked why price was high, they said that one of the shirt was dry cleaned and charge was $7.99. I gave the shirts for laundry and not dry cleaning. If they could not use laundry for any shirt then they should have called or texted to check if I wanted to pay $7.99 to clean one shirt they don’t post the price and don’t tell you the cost when you drop the cloths for cleaning. I would never use them again.
I’ve been going to Crest Cleaners for years. Always have been satisfied with their services. But, if you need a dose of kindness and sweetness, drop by Crest at Post Commons in Melbourne. All of the ladies are so nice especially, Kindell. Always with a smile, kind words, great service! Whatever Crest is paying her they should double it.
Looking for a tailor they said it was a different location and only certain days available during the week. Hard to do because is work. But nice people.
Every time I visit I am welcomed and really very well cared for. The staff is super attentive no matter if it's in the morning or the afternoon. Everybody is super kind and fast in receiving your items and returning them. I appreciate also that they're honest and tell you what they can or cannot do. I am really glad that I had found my go-to place for my cleaning needs. I love talking to Tracy and I am truly thankful she helps me every time. Thank you for caring for your customers like you do. Highly recommend them.
I’ve allowed four weeks for this business to address ongoing issues with my order. While the front desk staff has been courteous and helpful, the alterations have been incorrect on two separate occasions, each requiring extended wait times. After my most recent visit to the store—where I requested a partial refund due to the continued inaccuracies—I was informed the manager or owner would contact me.
