Love the Suntree location. I am new to this service and so impressed w Jess and the Team. Had a suit cleaned then brought in nice dress shirts all Look fantastic. 👍👍 The next day text service notifying your clothes are ready is amazing. I am so beyond disappointed. I dropped off lightly worn items for dry cleaning as they were dry clean only. I was ensured that all stains would be removed. Well, they completely ruined a romper with several bleach spots on the front and back, they ripped my cashmere sweater on the bottom, another shirt came back with large stains on the back, and a dress was given to me completely missing the arm strap making it unwearable. Jessica is wonderful. Hidden gem and her customer skills are excellent. The lady who did my hemming of my jeans went the extra mile by giving me my jacket size. I will be back for sure.
Jessica is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in dry cleaning. I will most certainly continue to use Crest cleaners. I have always felt that all dry cleaners are pretty much the same. That being said, it is Jessica's excellent customer service that will always keep me coming back to the Jordan Blass location. Thank you
I brought my comforter in that my cat had puked on to he cleaned. I would have done it myself but my washer I have now is too small. The lady when I dropped it off was nice and gave me a turn around of five days. I did not care as I have an extra at home. So since they didn't ask I just assumed they would try to get the stains out from the cat puke.
