Hands down best service received at a cleaners. Went to drop off a suit for my husband that needed some tlc and the team was incredible. Not only were they helpful but they made me trust their service. I received a follow up call as I rewuested once it was completed. Highly recommend checking them out. More than a cleaners, customer service is top notch.

Rudest seamstress I’ve ever met. No customer service what so ever. I went to take my prom dress in to get a bustle, and she demanded me to the fitting room, didn’t even welcome us in. She asked if I brought my heels since she immediately assumed I was getting my dress hemmed, which I wasn’t, and I told her no since I was just wanting a bustle added to my dress, and she told us no and argued about how it doesn’t matter what service I want, I need my heels. I’ve used the cleaner for as long as they have been in that location, I’ve been very happy with the service I’ve received. The ladies who work there are very friendly and professional. It is an asset to our Community

I went to go drop off a romper. And the lady there told me they would not be able to accept my garment because it looked like it had mildew or mold stains on it from it getting wet. I’ve had no other issues when it was crest cleaners so be mindful when you’re dropping your garments off with this company. Plus, Jess, who made the business what it is, is no longer there so I will not be returning.

I got a shirt cropped and the threading already started falling apart not even a week later. I got my mom to fix that area and then another area started loosening. I have no idea why the tailor used a single stitch instead of double stitching to reinforce the shirt.
