Concerned when the changed from Crest to Tide but relieved to find out that the same family is running the company and the same employees are there. I love the Tide app. I can pay in advance for my order and it also provides an update on the status of my cleaning. For those sensitive to tie detergent, they do have a free and clear option for any laundry service.
Angie did a fantastic job of getting my suit very clean and done asap. I brought it in at 12PM and got it back at 10AM the next day just in time for my interview! Everywhere else told me 5pm the next day would be the earliest they could get it back to me. Thank you Angie for making me get to my interview on time and getting me my perfectly cleaned suit!
Incredible people to work with! I leave for my wedding tomorrow and just picked up my suit from a tailor located elsewhere, as it was getting altered. When I picked it up it was super wrinkly. I called Crest Cleaners and asked if there was anyway they would be able to press it for me on super short notice. The lady who answered the phone was incredibly nice and helpful and said bring it in and they will get it pressed and ready for me in 15 minutes!!! They did it for me while I waited in store. Crest Cleaners is my favorite place for my laundry, dry cleaning, and alterations. The staff at the locations, especially Ms. Angie, at the Cocoa location, is friendly and professional. She always greets her customers with a smile and calls each of us by our names. The prices are reasonable, and the service is efficient and prompt.
Has always been great, from my JROTC days to my alterations for choir in college. The seamstress is in 9:30am-3:30pm every Monday-Thursday. And she always does a great job, always comfortable to be around and friendly to talk to while she's working. The front is also always has great service.
