I had three pants that needed different alterations. They mixed up the pants and now one is completely unwearable for me and one was not done. For what I paid for these alterations I expected better. The mistake can’t be undone and they haven’t called me back to even try and refund this mess. I do not recommend at all!! The one star is because the gals at front were very nice.
Took some very beautiful dresses and they did terrible work on them. Some wrinkled and some still had stains and deodorant on the underarm area. One of them had a lot of lint and fuzz from the dress it was bagged with 👎 terrible I’m so upset
I went to get my suit cleaned and was told it would be ready the next day after 5,but to my surprise,I received an alert on my phone that it was ready around 3. I have no complaints and appreciated the service.
Great Establishment! I live in PSJ and drive all the way to this tide cleaner's because it's the best! Lisa is great 😊.
Concerned when the changed from Crest to Tide but relieved to find out that the same family is running the company and the same employees are there. I love the Tide app. I can pay in advance for my order and it also provides an update on the status of my cleaning. For those sensitive to tie detergent, they do have a free and clear option for any laundry service.
