I brought a long winter coat with liner to be cleaned. It took me a long time to remember to stop back and get it. They were so nice and understanding about my taking so long to get it. And the coat came back in such beautiful shape. It was very professionally done. A positive experience all the way around.
These folks are great! I have never had a bad experience. This time, along with a pair of pants that needed heming, my mother in law gave me a shirt she loves with a huge stain on the front from heaven knows what 🙄🤨. After trying several things myself, we decided to try dry cleaning. When I brought it in the clerk told me that it was iffy, but they'd do the best they could. They got it out! I'm amazed and my MIL is giddy. 😛
I have given this location 3 separate chances of laundering our nice clothes. They tried to "untie" a decorative knot on my $600 dress damaged the stitching and didnt even tell me or fix it. When i brought it up the following trip i was told they thought it was a wrap dress. I dont know of a wrap dress with a built in zipper. Shrunk 2 of my husband's shirts to the point of he cant wear them. They even shrunk several of my dress pants. Non of the cleaning is done in house its all sent to a central location so its just a drop ... read more
Do not use. Been bringing comfort bedding in for 3 years. Now this Credt cleaners or Tide as they are now called want you to pay in advance . Wonder what happens if they screw it up. Bet be hell getting money back. Wont use anymore.
I’m always on the run on my day off and sometimes there’s literally not enough time in the day. Today was one of those days. I live about 10-15 minutes away from my Crest Cleaners at exactly 5:51 I realised that I needed to pick up my pants. I made it right after 6:01 and the good people there allowed me to pick up my pants. This is doesn’t happen often to me, but they were just as nice as the last time it happened.
