I had a comforter cleaned and I was very pleased with it when I got it back. I didn't expected it would look this great. It really looks like new again. The price was not bad for the size. Nice and friendly workers. Thanks Tide Cleaners.
I used Crest Cleaners all the time. First time taking my clothes after they were bought by Tide, and they broke the clasp on a silk blouse, then sent it home with me broken and said nothing. When I took it back and complained, I got the run around that it was already broken when I brought it in and they would give me a refund in credit to bring back more of my clothes. I brought a long winter coat with liner to be cleaned. It took me a long time to remember to stop back and get it. They were so nice and understanding about my taking so long to get it. And the coat came back in such beautiful shape. It was very professionally done. A positive experience all the way around.
Have used tide twice in the last month and they have been fast and efficent. Everything was ready when they said it would be. .
