These folks are great! I have never had a bad experience. This time, along with a pair of pants that needed heming, my mother in law gave me a shirt she loves with a huge stain on the front from heaven knows what 🙄🤨. After trying several things myself, we decided to try dry cleaning. When I brought it in the clerk told me that it was iffy, but they'd do the best they could. They got it out! I'm amazed and my MIL is giddy. 😛
I’m always on the run on my day off and sometimes there’s literally not enough time in the day. Today was one of those days. I live about 10-15 minutes away from my Crest Cleaners at exactly 5:51 I realised that I needed to pick up my pants. I made it right after 6:01 and the good people there allowed me to pick up my pants. This is doesn’t happen often to me, but they were just as nice as the last time it happened. Great place to do your everyday dry cleaning.
*I just want to preface this by saying I generally have a great experience at this place, however: I went in for alterations and was told they've never done them before. Then I told her I've been going there over 5 years for alterations (not to mention it's on the Google page) she insisted they never did them. Luckily, a guy came out and said they used to at this location. The lady then said "yes but we stopped in January." Exactly how does this correlate to "we've never done alterations?" I would like to thank the Port St John's Crest Cleaners staff for not only there professional work but also for their honesty, My wife had taken my cloths to be cleaned and pressed,with in an hour they called my wife to let her know that I had left not only a credit card, but some money as well.
