This is my second time using Tide since they changed from Crest Cleaners. Tide is more expensive even with the 25% off discount. They said my shirts are too small to use the press machine so they had to press by hand. Charged me almost $9 per shirt verses $4, and didn't let me know of the price difference until checkout. I will be looking for a new dry cleaning company in Merritt Island. Will probably switch laundry detergent companies too.

I have been coming to this cleaners for a very long time! Today 2/28/26 I arrived at 2:05pm unaware that they had changed their hours from closing at 3pm to 2pm. The attendants were in there and tried to get them to allow me to drop off to get the 20% off for Feb. And they refused! So much for customer loyalty!

Tide Cleaners Merritt Island for the win on hemming my dress two days before our Christmas party at work. The seamstress got my dress done the very next day. I go every year excellent price 😍🫶🏼

I am getting married and landed in Merrit Island and thought I was going to get married in a wrinkle suit. I called and spoke to a fantastic person by the name of Tina, and Tina told me no worries I guarantee I will have it ready by the next day. I called those morning and she said it's ready. Fantastic company and you have a fantastic representative working for you. Props to Tina, give her a raise ot two please!
