Professional, polite, and - importantly - clean! I used to pay half as much at a different cleaner and my clothes came back smelling of mildew. These folks even sewed a zipper back on for me without my asking! Their attention to detail is excellent.
I had never been to a dry cleaner before, but needed to get a suit dry cleaned for an upcoming wedding, and was also interested in getting a pair of jeans cleaned and starched. The employee answered all of my questions about the process, including the different starch levels. The lady in the front is super sweet and does a really good job! But it cost me 22$ for one dress to get cleaned and the dirty spot I brought my dress in for was still there. 😡 I had to hand clean it myself! I feel like I wasted 22$ I will never go back. My response. Absolutely not I will try different cleaners. I will never use Tide again. Especially if you think I’m going to sign up for your services to get coupons for any future cleanings.
