Professional, polite, and - importantly - clean! I used to pay half as much at a different cleaner and my clothes came back smelling of mildew. These folks even sewed a zipper back on for me without my asking! Their attention to detail is excellent.
Poor experience so far. 1 lost shirt with no help from staff (it has been 15 days with no phone call - shirt is still missing). 1 shirt returned with a black grease stain. Slow turnaround.
The lady in the front is super sweet and does a really good job! But it cost me 22$ for one dress to get cleaned and the dirty spot I brought my dress in for was still there. 😡 I had to hand clean it myself! I feel like I wasted 22$ I will never go back. I have used Wolf cleaners for years, so I was disappointed to learn they had retired and sold the business to Tide. I was concerned that the Tide dry cleaning wouldn't be as good as Wolf's. Actually, it was much better! But the price was double :-( and they do not offer the Thursday 2 for 1 Wolf had.
Amazing customer service! They treat you like their own! Tide Cleaners will definitely not disappoint you!!!
