Great customer service..attention to detail was done to my son collar and cuffs on his shirts..I was informed about all the services they offered and an inner circle rewards program I signed up for future savings. We travel a lot so to request folding shirts same day service.. Tide Cleaners Welcome to The Heights. My family will continue to patronize this location..
Poor experience so far. 1 lost shirt with no help from staff (it has been 15 days with no phone call - shirt is still missing). 1 shirt returned with a black grease stain. Slow turnaround.
