Update. The owner contacted me directly, apologizing for the long delay in reaching out. The owner was amicable, understanding, and sincere, resolving the lost garment issue as best possible. The owner also explained the underlying problem that caused the long delay in communication and indicated that was being fixed as well. Mistakes happen and I applaud the owner for recognizing the problem, owning it, and making changes. I would use them again for services based on how this problem was handled.
Do NOT use this store for any services. They lost 3 garments and have ghosted me for the last 2 weeks. I have inquired in person twice and over the phone twice. Each time, I get the same run around. The employees say the owner will contact me but no one ever does. Unfortunately, there is no ability to file a claim on-line. I contacted Tide corporate and they said the franchise is the only way to file a claim.
