Excellent service, great customer service. I went on a Saturday morning and Frank greeted me, took my order, handled the whole process, and I received my clothes on time. I recommend you go there.

Every time I visit this establishment, I encounter a problem either during the drop-off or pickup process. In every instance, the issue arises with the store manager, Shanika, who exhibits a lack of concern and professionalism. On my first visit, I dropped off four dress pants and five dress/work shirts for dry cleaning. Tide Cleaners Boca Raton on Federal Highway destroyed a Brand new $500 pair of Ralph Lauren khaki, Purple Brand, pants. They returned them with stains and discolored splotches throughout the garment. It looked like someone went out of their way to destroy them. No one would from management would speak to me, Yancey Cabassa, the Regional Manager at Tide Cleaners East Coast hid behind a computer screen, would NOT call or respond to my email request. Do not take your clothes to this location. I just picked up a large order of professional work clothes. No shirts were pressed, dresses and blazers were not pressed. When I called the establishment they indicated they send the clothes out and were sorry. I asked the name of the manager and was told she would call me on Monday. Would not give me the name or number to call. There doesn’t appear to be any quality checks or accountability.

I dropped off a sweater using Tide’s drive-up service and received a confirmation text with my name and receipt details. When I returned to pick it up, they couldn’t locate the item but assured me they’d find it and call. No one followed up, so I reached out several times before they finally found it—then blamed me for not including my name, even though it was clearly in their confirmation text.
