Every time I visit this establishment, I encounter a problem either during the drop-off or pickup process. In every instance, the issue arises with the store manager, Shanika, who exhibits a lack of concern and professionalism. On my first visit, I dropped off four dress pants and five dress/work shirts for dry cleaning. I dropped off a sweater using Tide’s drive-up service and received a confirmation text with my name and receipt details. When I returned to pick it up, they couldn’t locate the item but assured me they’d find it and call. No one followed up, so I reached out several times before they finally found it—then blamed me for not including my name, even though it was clearly in their confirmation text.
