I tried the same location twice to be sure. The first time I experienced a delay with turn around time and decided to give another chance, although a tag was placed on multiple pieces that stated they were unable to get certain stains out. Outstanding!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic dry cleaning at an affordable price. My family has been using this dry cleaning for the past 10 years. The recent acquisition by Tide has led to significant improvements on what was already great service.
Service was timely. Staff friendly and efficient. However, even with a twenty-five percent discount it cost me forty dollars to have my quilt cleaned. Given that price I’ll go with one of the local outfits next time.
Everything is always wonderful at the Edgewater Tide cleaners. Love all employees, they are up front and personal. Always a friendly face, smile and great conversations. My clothes are always cleaned to perfectiion.
