Outstanding!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic dry cleaning at an affordable price. My family has been using this dry cleaning for the past 10 years. The recent acquisition by Tide has led to significant improvements on what was already great service.
I’ve been taking my clothes here for a few months and most of the times they have been folded in the usual way. Twice they have been folded in a very careless and unusual manner with no matching of seams , jeans wrinkled and just crushed up and folded and the neck of the T-shirts crunched up before folding. I contacted the store and the person who answered the phone was very apologetic and understanding. The manager Nelson called and that’s when things went sideways. I had such a great experience here, and Graciela truly made all the difference! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and so attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my items were handled with care. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and kind. Because of Graciela, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Service was timely. Staff friendly and efficient. However, even with a twenty-five percent discount it cost me forty dollars to have my quilt cleaned. Given that price I’ll go with one of the local outfits next time.
I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the team, especially Dusty and Beth. Dusty has consistently gone above and beyond, not just getting things cleaned, but being truly thorough and thoughtful with my clothes.
