Outstanding!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic dry cleaning at an affordable price. My family has been using this dry cleaning for the past 10 years. The recent acquisition by Tide has led to significant improvements on what was already great service.
I had such a great experience here, and Graciela truly made all the difference! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and so attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my items were handled with care. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and kind. Because of Graciela, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the team, especially Dusty and Beth. Dusty has consistently gone above and beyond, not just getting things cleaned, but being truly thorough and thoughtful with my clothes. Not so much your typical situation to make me come on here to leave a review . To begin with , I’ve been with Tide for many years and when they were Busy Bee Cleaners. Their work is always impeccable and so well done . But every now and then- something can happen beyond one’s control and one of my garments was damaged ( mildly) by a very rare situation Dusty proactively reached out to me with already three options to resolve the problem because he wanted to ensure I felt taken care of . My father dropped off his Comforter in the beginning of January for simple wash nothing fancy. He told me he has been waiting on it for 2 weeks. I went in and asked to pick it up and they said it's not ready I said you have had it for 2 weeks she stated it said on the TICKET what day it will be done I don't normally get ny things washed I do it myself for this reason I went to his house to give back his slip and told him it wone be ready till the date on the ticket and he wasn't happy.
