Wash and fold service is poor. I don’t want to refold my clothes. That’s the whole point of paying for it. Washing is the easy part. Also, a couple items of clothing still had stains on them. They were obviously dried so the stains set on them. Unsure if stain treatment is extra.
An unexpected accident damaged a favorite garment of mine while at Tide Cleaners in Edgewater. Much to my anticipated delight, they stood behind the unfortunate error and they resolved the incident in the most professional manner. C. L.
I was happy to see Busy Bee under new ownership in my neighborhood, it's now called Tide Cleaners. I was worried that they had retained all the former employees, including some who had horrible customer service manners (the reason I took my business elsewhere after many years). But the new owners, Curt and his wife, have a convincing plan to make this a customer-centered business. I'm taking my clothes there in the morning.
LOVED IT! The employees were extremely helpful and fast. I love that the app gives me detailed updates on my order as well! Will definitely be coming back
