I recently moved to Nashville and was looking for a new dry cleaner. I’m not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant to come here initially (despite the great reviews) because the Tide branding just made me worried it was some chain dry cleaner that wouldn’t do a great job….but I was wrong! I dropped off dry cleaning and had a few items altered. They did an excellent job, especially on my jeans. I’m very happy with the results and appreciate how they made sure everything met my expectations. I would definitely recommend this spot. Being 24hrs is a great plus too.

Two issues which at the end of the day they were nice enough about apologizing for, but still want to share for others: 1) They put a staple through my silk blouse 2) With my first order, I never got an automated text that my order was ready. When I manually texted to inquire, I got a human response saying they think it is but would confirm. I never got a confirmation. One month later, I texted again to check and they said my order had been ready for a while. Not sure what happened.

Being new there, I was surprised to see the kiosk. A man came out and explained how the system worked and within minutes, I was on the way out with my claim ticket. I received a text saying that since I was a 1st time customer, I was getting a 25% discount on my order. I really appreciate that. The very next day, my garments were ready for pick-up. I dropped off a formal dress to be dry cleaned. It was a pretty quick turnaround, but they sent my garment to another Tide location across town without my knowledge or approval. When I came to pick it up after receiving my confirmation text the automated kiosk told me it in fact wasn’t ready.
