I dropped off a formal dress to be dry cleaned. It was a pretty quick turnaround, but they sent my garment to another Tide location across town without my knowledge or approval. When I came to pick it up after receiving my confirmation text the automated kiosk told me it in fact wasn’t ready. BEWARE! First time using Tide Cleaners. I dropped of two custom duponi silk curtains from the Curtain Exchange. They assured me they could clean them. Just a maintenance refresh - nothing crazy. and they are both RIPPED from top to bottom. And weirdly damp? I’m sick to my stomach!

I used to have a Tide Cleaner box inside my apartment complex and I hated having to leave it when I moved into my house. So I was elated to find the location that opened up at White Bridge! Amazing customer service and could not be happier with my clean and starched dress shirts! Definitely recommend!!
