Being new there, I was surprised to see the kiosk. A man came out and explained how the system worked and within minutes, I was on the way out with my claim ticket. I received a text saying that since I was a 1st time customer, I was getting a 25% discount on my order. I really appreciate that. The very next day, my garments were ready for pick-up. I dropped off a formal dress to be dry cleaned. It was a pretty quick turnaround, but they sent my garment to another Tide location across town without my knowledge or approval. When I came to pick it up after receiving my confirmation text the automated kiosk told me it in fact wasn’t ready. Two issues which at the end of the day they were nice enough about apologizing for, but still want to share for others: 1) They put a staple through my silk blouse 2) With my first order, I never got an automated text that my order was ready. When I manually texted to inquire, I got a human response saying they think it is but would confirm. I never got a confirmation. One month later, I texted again to check and they said my order had been ready for a while. Not sure what happened.

Love Tide cleaners. Being able to pick up and drop off 24 hours a day is such a game changer. My clothes always come back perfectly clean and on time and the prices are reasonable.

Great, easy experience for the first visit. All automated service so you can drop off 24/7, but there is an attendant there during normal business hours for additional support if needed. Despite it being a large order, dry cleaning was done very well and the team was very responsive to applying my discount that wasn’t on the initial order when dropping off. I appreciated being able to track the status on the app.
