Overall, my experience was great! I like the convenience of 24/hr service. Drop off I did need to press the button to recieve assistance and with in mins someone came on the intercom. Pickup I also pressed the button for assistance where the kiosk wasn't recognizing my telephone # to retrieve my items after several attempts. No problem, within mins the representative assisted over the intercom. This was the first time using Tide cleaners. I was concerned about turn around time to have a suit dry cleaned. The owner was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with getting it back in time for a funeral. I dropped it of on Thursday night and it was ready for pick up the next day! Also had a sweater dry cleaned at the same time. Was pleased with the service and price . Finally have a dry cleaning service I can trust!

Just perfect ! I work odd hours and have had trouble finding a dry cleaner that was open when I needed them. Tide’s 24/7 approach worked perfectly for me. The process and the interface were simple and straightforward and my clothes came back looking just as good as when I was using the top rated cleaner in Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Easy drop off, great app, quick turnaround - really a great experience all around. I had a peacoat cleaned. The coat smells pleasant but not overly fragrant or like dry cleaning chemicals. No complaints, and I’ll definitely use Tide Cleaners again.

Definitely recommend tide cleaner, I was a little bit skeptical on the reviews, cause I like to review as well, and I’m happy I did. Best choice I made. I will definitely bring more clothes, i definitely love how they dry clean my jacket and my sweatsuit. Thank you
