Although initially a bit intimidated by the fact that the shop is fully automated, I was won over by the kindness and helpfulness of Ryan, the owner, Thor, the manager of the drycleaning plant, and Erika and the other staff member I met. I believe this location is staffed in the am. Our first time here, we entered the shop in the afternoon, rang bell, the gentleman answered all questions. Easy drop off, emailed us when ready, received comforter in reusable tote. 😊😊😊

The staff at the Mechanicsburg location are always friendly and helpful. The 24/7 drop off and pick up is very convenient! The place is kept clean and organized. I started coming here right after they opened and have been impressed ever since. I would definitely recommend this cleaner, my clothes are always done in a timely fashion, look and smell clean and never lost… keep up the great work!

This was the first time I've used this dry cleaner, and I can guarantee, I will be using them again. Every employee I spoke to there, came out to the lobby to see what they could help me with, and I'm not sure of the girls name that helped me the first day, but she was extremely helpful in explaining the kiosk and when I could pick my clothes up. She even called to ask if she could send my shirt back to be repressed, because she wasn't happy with the way it was done the first time, and I greatly appreciate that. It shows the... read more

I used to go to the Harrisburg location, which was great, but the Mechanicsburg Tide Cleaners is much more convenient for me. The service here is just as excellent, and the staff is always amazing—friendly, professional, and efficient. My clothes come back perfectly cleaned and pressed every time. The convenience of this location, combined with the consistently great service, makes it my go-to for dry cleaning. Highly recommend!
