Easy drop off, great app, quick turnaround - really a great experience all around. I had a peacoat cleaned. The coat smells pleasant but not overly fragrant or like dry cleaning chemicals. No complaints, and I’ll definitely use Tide Cleaners again.
For someone that has never used a fully automated system for dry cleaning there was not too much guidance. After figuring it out and trusting that the multiple items dropped off would be cleaned to their individual needs everything went well. Picking up the garments was super easy and everything was cleaned and pressed properly. Will use this location now for all dry cleaning.
At first I was skeptical about Tide Cleaners but after they dry cleaned two of my jackets, I'm sold on them! They smell fresh, not chemically and are soft and refreshed to feeling new! The kiosks are available 24/7 and the app makes it easy to pay online. They were also very quick in the turn around process. My jacket was ready within 12 hours!
I quick comment on the level of service at the “automated” service at Tide cleaners. When I dropped off my trousers, with a nasty stain in them. Clean and quick to set up and account. When I marked it as stained, and was having a little issue with getting them bagged up and ready, and attendant came out from the back and greeted me. She was very kind and told me that it would be longer than a normal dry cleaning because of the stain. I was very pleased. Took three suits to be dry cleaned. Dropped off on a Friday and picked up on Tuesday. Everything is electronic at a kiosk in the store, from drop off, pick up, and paying. When dropping off, you place your items in a bag and deposit them through a chute. When picking up, you pay and the items are delivered through a door slot.
