Easy drop off and pick up. I had a 20% coupon which I thought would apply to my whole order, but it was only taken off one item; perhaps I missed some fine print. Otherwise, no complaints

This was the first time using Tide cleaners. I was concerned about turn around time to have a suit dry cleaned. The owner was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with getting it back in time for a funeral. I dropped it of on Thursday night and it was ready for pick up the next day! Also had a sweater dry cleaned at the same time. Was pleased with the service and price . Finally have a dry cleaning service I can trust!

Really great experience with Tide Cleaners. Their prices were inexpensive, the whole process was super easy, and the turnaround time was quick. Everything came back clean, fresh, and neatly done. Definitely will be using them for all my dry cleaning needs!

Overall, my experience was great! I like the convenience of 24/hr service. Drop off I did need to press the button to recieve assistance and with in mins someone came on the intercom. Pickup I also pressed the button for assistance where the kiosk wasn't recognizing my telephone # to retrieve my items after several attempts. No problem, within mins the representative assisted over the intercom. Just perfect ! I work odd hours and have had trouble finding a dry cleaner that was open when I needed them. Tide’s 24/7 approach worked perfectly for me. The process and the interface were simple and straightforward and my clothes came back looking just as good as when I was using the top rated cleaner in Manhattan. Highly recommended!
