Tide Cleaners is amazing! I have never experienced a 24 hour, automated dry cleaners before. The process was seamless, easy to use, and prompt. Literally dropped off more clothes for dry cleaning while picking up other items. Taking my bath rugs next to see how they do on those. Excellent & affordable!
This place is extremely quick and extremely convenient! There are days that I have dropped my clothes off in the morning and was able to pick them up by end of day. The folks that work here are also super friendly and accommodating. 10 stars!
Love the convenience. My suits are returned together (jacket and pants on the same hanger) and not separately, unlike the previous cleaners i used to go to. And their customer service has been very helpful since the first day I've used them.
The process was easy and fast, even though we were away and didn't pick it up for a week. You drop off at the automatic kiosk, the services are implicit, unless you want something different, then you leave a note. The location near Wegmans is fully automated, but we did call with questions and got a quick and thorough answers. Pickup is easy, 24/7. Just got 2 pieces cleaned (suit and tux), wearing the tux as I write this. Will be using them again.
I believe this location is staffed in the am. Our first time here, we entered the shop in the afternoon, rang bell, the gentleman answered all questions. Easy drop off, emailed us when ready, received comforter in reusable tote. 😊😊😊
