Today was my first visit and I received outstanding customer service from Saida and Sandi . On Easter eve, Tide Cleaners was able to help me last minute and pressed my clothes that needed to be ironed and wrinkle free. I received same-day service and was able to pick up my clothes before they close today. Thank you again for helping me out. Last but not least they gave me 50% off for being a first-time customer.
Tide cleaners has great customer service. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family members. They pay attention to detail and have even called me a few times after drop off just to clarify instructions. They do a nice job and have my clothes ready quickly.
I absolutely LOVE Tide Cleaners! They are exactly what I would want in a dry cleaners. I love the 24/7 pick up and drop off. I don’t have to wait to drop off clothes or hurry to pick them up before they close. All employees look presentable and are extremely helpful. They have other services other than dry cleaning and hope to use those other services as well!
Fantastic dry cleaners. After hours kiosk for pickup is a life saver! They’ve dry cleaned suits, shirts, dresses, sweaters, and all items came out perfect and on time. They hemmed my pants in a fraction of the estimated time. Exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Truly exceptional experience.
