Exceptional experience at Tide Cleaners! It took me some time to write this review, as I wanted to ensure consistency in my experience. But I can honestly say this is the best dry cleaners I’ve ever used. The customer service is exceptional, and since it’s locally owned and operated, you really feel the personal touch. My clothes have come out perfect every single time— and they even repair buttons without me needing to mention it. Plus, the 24/7 pick-up and drop-off service is incredibly convenient. Honestly, it’s unbeatable!
Today was my first visit and I received outstanding customer service from Saida and Sandi . On Easter eve, Tide Cleaners was able to help me last minute and pressed my clothes that needed to be ironed and wrinkle free. I received same-day service and was able to pick up my clothes before they close today. Thank you again for helping me out. Last but not least they gave me 50% off for being a first-time customer.
I won’t be using Tide Cleaners again. I brought in a brand-new 3-piece suit for cleaning on Tuesday, 7/22, and was told it would be ready for pickup by Wednesday, 7/23. When I returned on Thursday, 7/24, I was told the jacket wasn’t ready yet but that it would be available by Friday, 7/25. Fantastic dry cleaners. After hours kiosk for pickup is a life saver! They’ve dry cleaned suits, shirts, dresses, sweaters, and all items came out perfect and on time. They hemmed my pants in a fraction of the estimated time. Exceptional customer service and friendly staff. Truly exceptional experience.
