I had a great experience with Tide Cleaners. They were very upfront about potential risks with cleaning my costume, which I really appreciated. Despite their caution, the results were excellent—it came back in perfect condition. The service was friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I absolutely recommend them! They do an amazing job! And they treat you like family, I was on a time crunch! The cleaning process ruined my white lace shirt. It is now GRAY and does not match the skirt. It looks dirtier than it did with the stain. Will not return to this place.
Twice now I have dropped off my rug to be cleaned and both times it is not ready when they said it will be. This time they said Thursday after 5:00pm so I came Friday morning, they hadn’t even washed it. I will definitely never use them again and absolutely do not recommend them. To the reply below: It had not even been washed so drying time is 100% irrelevant.
The staff at Tide Cleaners are warm, friendly, and professional. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon with a bundle of clothes I needed back by Monday. They took the time to check and made sure it could be done, and it was. My clothes were cleaned and pressed beautifully and came back looking brand new.
