Each and EVERY time I have dealt with Tide Cleaners on Orchard Lake Rd north of 13 Mile road, I have been MORE than happy. The people are wonderful, friendly, kind etc etc. My order is ready within 2 days. Everything has come out Perfect!!
I go to the store on 13 mile and Orchard Lake. The store employee, Uriah was very cool and very helpful. He answered questions and gave great service. He should definitely get a raise!!!!!
I took 5 dresses and 2 jackets here for the first time. At first glance they didn’t appear to be professionally cleaned. When I looked further I could see the collar and next line still had makeup showing. One of my dresses had some lint or something on it. Also, my clothes didn’t smell fresh, just a chemical smell. I paid over $90.00, so no I won’t be going back there.
Great prices and fantastic service. The employee at their Farmington Hills, Michigan location is an asset that every company wishes they had. Outstanding, and cares about the customers.
My rating should be a five star just because of this location operation manager, Sal, He is one of the best customer service that this company has, but to be honest the only thing you getting 4 stars because most of the tough stains cannot be cleaned. I have to take it to another dry cleaner who fulfill this duty and get them cleaned. The only reason I go back to this location and keep getting them a chance is because of This location, manager Sal and his great customer service.
