My rating should be a five star just because of this location operation manager, Sal, He is one of the best customer service that this company has, but to be honest the only thing you getting 4 stars because most of the tough stains cannot be cleaned. I have to take it to another dry cleaner who fulfill this duty and get them cleaned. The only reason I go back to this location and keep getting them a chance is because of This location, manager Sal and his great customer service.
We brought in two very heavy winter coats to be cleaned. One was very dirty and the other was never cleaned in 30 years. Tide Cleaners on Orchard Lake Road did a fabulous job!! Very impressed with the service and customer care. Our new dry cleaners!
I have used tide in Woodward for years. I was so excited when the Farmington location opened. Sal is the best. Great service and they do a great job.

My experience with Tide has been absolutely great. They have gotten my clothes back to me quickly and they were always very clean. I have also found the staff to be very nice and personable.
