I recently moved to this area from Birmingham where this Tide is now the closest to me and I absolutely love the customer service experience every time I’m picking up or dropping off clothes. Uriah is always pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend.
Customer service was awesome! One of the dresses had excessive stains and they even contacted me to see if it was OK if the delivery was delayed today so that they could clean it in additional time to make sure it was pristine. The dress came out amazing just like new.
