We had a situation with a maid of honor dress for a wedding. My daughter came in from out of town for a wedding. The dress was in Omaha, when she picked it up, it was a wrinkled mess. I made a phone call and they put a rush on it and did a fantastic job!!! Thank you!
It was a great place. But that Hy-Vee store got rid of the dry cleaning 2 years ago I think. And the actual Tide facility the clothes are sent to is way far out of my way.
This is the absolutely worst location ever. It’s inside a Hy-Vee which means you don’t have a dedicated Tide employee to help you. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes, made eye contact with the girl working there and she completely ignored me and never came to help or ask how she could help. Save your time, go to another location that actually cares about this business.
They did a good job. I will be coming back there.
