The facility was clean and the ladies at the front were so nice and helpful! Turn around was super quick. Next day pick up. However, I noticed that 2 of the 3 mother-of-pearl buttons on my silk blazer became badly broken and chipped after cleaning. I am very disappointed because there’s not enough of one of those broken buttons to stay put in the button hole, and the buttons have the brand name etched on them and are hard to find. Could not be easier. After the pickup I was notified and just before drop off they confirmed. The delivery person was very cheerful and within the promised timeframe.
They do a great job and they turn my order around quickly. The girls behind the counter are so nice. The one thing is their price for cleaner comforters is kind of high. But again, they do a wonderful job.
I just had two shirts dry cleaned. The place is very clean. I was able to pick them up the next day and the price was reasonable. What else do you need?
I just picked up my dry cleaning yesterday and for the second time it came back with a stain on it. What’s unusual is that the stain seems to be an Oil Marking both times. The 1st instance was with a pair of dress pants and this one from yesterday was on the back of a White Polo shirt. I hope that they are able to get the stain out. After bringing the item back they got the entire stain out! I am impressed on how quick of a turnaround they took care of it.
