Excellent service. This was a white floor length cocktail dress, that I had cleaned. Service was done in a timely manner, and the dress was immaculate when I picked it up. I truly expected to pay more than I was charged. The staff was very pleasant on drop off and pick up. Will definitely be taking my clothes here again.

The facility was clean and the ladies at the front were so nice and helpful! Turn around was super quick. Next day pick up. However, I noticed that 2 of the 3 mother-of-pearl buttons on my silk blazer became badly broken and chipped after cleaning. I am very disappointed because there’s not enough of one of those broken buttons to stay put in the button hole, and the buttons have the brand name etched on them and are hard to find.
