I've always had a good experience here! From dresses to pants to tops, my clothes come out looking great. Prices aren't bad either. Customer service is lovely, Dakota has helped me recently and she is just the sweetest! I just dropped off my first alteration at this location, hopefully it will be the first of many.

Idk who the owner of this franchise is but they need to give Brianna a promotion, a raise, plus breakfast and lunch for a week. I CANNOT tell you how pleasant she made my first experience coming here. I was in need of a quick turnaround for my wedding outfits. I texted the location beforehand which communicated that my dress could be regularly cleaned within 1 day however when I arrived on-site, Brianna informed me that was not the case due to their policy. I did a google search on places that were open on Sunday and this place was the only cleaners open at the time. It was further than I wanted to go but I needed my clothes cleaned. So I went there. There was a young guy that was new. I asked a few question's that he could not answer so I did feel unsure of the place in the beginning. So i just dropped my items off and kind of forgot about it. I love the friendly employees at Tide Cleaners. The quality of the cleaning is excellent. The turnaround times are very competitive. Also, the ease with the drive up for drop off & pick up makes access most convenient. I am very pleased with the overall caliber off Tide Cleaners.

I absolutely do not like writing bad reviews. And would be willing to take this down if the situation is rectified. I dropped off a comforter on Sunday 4/14. The lady that helped me was very sweet but had issues filling out my intake form on the computer due to a glare on the screen. The item dropped off was a white bed comforter of the Buffy brand. On intake I was not asked if there was a make and apparently it was tagged as no brand in the Tide Vanessa. On 4/16 my wife picked up a white comforter and brought it home. That... read more
