So happy to have Tide Cleaners in our area... The nice, clean facility made it inviting and safe. Most importantly, the staff Nosa was happy to help. He immediately greeted me at the car with a friendly smile. Being my first visit, I was particularly impressed. Maddox has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve come in. He took the time to walk me through what items are best for dry cleaning, explained the pricing clearly, and made sure I understood their hours and process so there were no surprises. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help customers figure things out. If you’re bringing in professional clothes or anything you want handled carefully, Maddox will take care of you. Great service and a great experience every time.

I wanted to give a big shout to Nicholas and his team at Tide Cleaners at their Hollywood location. They were super courteous, items came out pressed and cleaned to perfection, had a quick runaround (24 hours as I had to go to the business conference) and they even carried my items to my car. I drove 30 minutes from Miami and it was worth it. I will be back!

I had such a great experience at Tide Cleaners! I needed my dress cleaned on very short notice for a wedding, and the young man who helped me truly went above and beyond to make it happen. He was professional, kind, and clearly cared about making sure I had my dress ready on time. Thanks to him, everything turned out perfectly and I made it to the event stress-free. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find highly recommend!

I've driven by here so many times and never tried them. I was tired of using the dry cleaner i found about a year ago. I overpaid and the clothes never seemed cleaned and it looked like a dungeon. I decided the give Tide Cleaners a try and man am I glad I did! Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Place is clean. They were so professional. The prices are great and they did an amazing job! This is definitely my new place!
