So happy to have Tide Cleaners in our area... The nice, clean facility made it inviting and safe. Most importantly, the staff Nosa was happy to help. He immediately greeted me at the car with a friendly smile. Being my first visit, I was particularly impressed. With a quick call to his manager, he was able to relieve my mind about my special circumstances. Furthermore, they did a great job with the items and completed the job over the weekend! Truly excellent customer service will keep our business and they have earned ... read more
Tide Cleaners on the North University Drive is my favorite dry cleaners in South Florida . So much that I don’t mind 30 minute drive from Miami just for their dry cleaning . Reason is the quality of their service and staff. I wanted to recognize their employee Madoxx who graciously stayed open on Saturday beyond the working hours accommodating me while understanding I drove all the way from Miami. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided great service with best dry cleaning and pressed clothes. Thank you Madoxx and Tide... read more
Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. I sent in trade show fabrics and they came back spotless. Thanks again!
I’m really grateful I found this place. Before coming here, I stopped by three different dry cleaners. The third place also said it would take until next week because they didn’t have anyone available to provide the service and usually have to send it out. ... read more
Every time I come here it’s a great experience. Staff is super friendly and super attentive. Even to the point where I forgot to mention my coupon and the person at the register already added it to my order. They also ask questions as to what I want unlike other spots. Really like coming here.
