By far the best experience I’ve had with cleaners. First, the staff is very professional and attentive. They provide great service. Second, the flexibility to drop off and pick up at anytime is amazing. Third, the quality of their work is impeccable. I highly recommend.
I brought in quite a bit of laundry for wash and fold service after my washing machine broke unexpectedly. Nico was so helpful explaining the process and had all of my items done the same day, even though I didn’t bring them by until mid-day (and they quote a 2-day turnaround). He stayed a little late to get my laundry back to me same day and gave exceptional customer service the whole time!
