I had a great experience at this Tide Cleaners location! The service was incredibly fast, and my clothes came back looking perfect. Nosa was especially friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. It’s always nice to be greeted with such positive customer service. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality cleaning and efficient service!
Maddox has been incredibly helpful every time I’ve come in. He took the time to walk me through what items are best for dry cleaning, explained the pricing clearly, and made sure I understood their hours and process so there were no surprises. It’s rare to find someone who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help customers figure things out. If you’re bringing in professional clothes or anything you want handled carefully, Maddox will take care of you. Great service and a great experience every time.
I wanted to give a big shout to Nicholas and his team at Tide Cleaners at their Hollywood location. They were super courteous, items came out pressed and cleaned to perfection, had a quick runaround (24 hours as I had to go to the business conference) and they even carried my items to my car. I drove 30 minutes from Miami and it was worth it. I will be back!
Wow! We brought a very hefty bedspread/comforter here for washing. We met Nick, who was delightful, courteous and helpful! The bedspread was not only beautifully cleaned, but professionally packaged! We were thrilled - there are not many places that offer this service in this area, but we highly recommend Tide in Cooper City! And ask for Nick!
This is the service used at the University of Miami and while it is nice that they wash and fold our clothes, they are not returning all of our clothes. In many situations, people have lost a shirt or a pair of shorts when the only people handling it are the Tide cleaners. My first two laundry services went great, but in my third one my brand new lululemon workout set (same color and size top and bottom) went missing.
