I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year with no issues, but my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought in a beautiful, high-quality silk blanket that was a sentimental gift from India. It had no stains—just some dog hair—and I was told they could clean it. When I picked it up, the blanket was completely ruined. The once-smooth silk was pilled all over, and the intricate design was barely recognizable. Very friendly environment. Always on time! Love the quick turn around for drop off & pick up. They always do a great job! I was worried after The original owner sold. But I’m very satisfied with Tide. There are other cleaners closest to my home, but I always come here.
We've been using this service for years and years. They are incredibly reliable, do great work, and it's soooooo so easy. Come to your door and pick up one day, bring it back, spiffy clean the next.
OH My Gosh!!!! I am beside myself with not only the top notch, above, beyond, superb brand new looking rug I received back( it went in a dirty mess -~ stained and alls I thought was of it can get cleaned somewhat that’s cool.) it looked brand spanking new from the store! Pre covid- owned by/ run by Ron- Impeccable service. (note date of good reviews) TOP notch! Now new owners.....fuggetabout it. Missed pick ups, promises via phone to make good...but nothing . I think it just a crappy pick up driver who ditches the pick up appointments. But even then...you email and leave messages and nothing happens. A Texan once told me- a fish rots from the head down. Maybe it's not the driver.
