I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year with no issues, but my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought in a beautiful, high-quality silk blanket that was a sentimental gift from India. It had no stains—just some dog hair—and I was told they could clean it. I just picked up my 2 suit coats and pants from the Tide Cleaners in Arvada, CO and found that one of the paints were ruined. I brought this to their attention and they said that I had spilled gasoline on them and did not offer any compensation! Obviously am very unhappy with their work and lack of customer service. Do not bring your clothes to this establishment.
Have taken dry cleaning here since when it was family owned before Tide. Great to know Tide runs dry cleaners that continue the shop's environmentally conscious business. The staff is mostly the same that we've seen for years and service is friendly, efficient and terrific. Thanks!

Very friendly environment. Always on time! Love the quick turn around for drop off & pick up. They always do a great job! I was worried after The original owner sold. But I’m very satisfied with Tide. There are other cleaners closest to my home, but I always come here.
