My beautiful dupioni silk comforter was ruined & no one wants to take accountability. This is a $1200 comforter. I called & inquired as to if they could clean that material prior to bringing in & they assured me they could. They are asking me to produce a receipt from a comforter that I purchased 3 years ago. I don’t know anyone that keeps receipts that long.

Have been going to this Tide in Arvada for a couple months and have been satisfied. Friendly and efficient staff. Very punctual and able to get my orders on time. FYI tho, they did stop tailoring services as a heads up. They still have my business though.

I just picked up my 2 suit coats and pants from the Tide Cleaners in Arvada, CO and found that one of the paints were ruined. I brought this to their attention and they said that I had spilled gasoline on them and did not offer any compensation! Obviously am very unhappy with their work and lack of customer service. Do not bring your clothes to this establishment.

I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year with no issues, but my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought in a beautiful, high-quality silk blanket that was a sentimental gift from India. It had no stains—just some dog hair—and I was told they could clean it. When I picked it up, the blanket was completely ruined. The once-smooth silk was pilled all over, and the intricate design was barely recognizable. Have taken dry cleaning here since when it was family owned before Tide. Great to know Tide runs dry cleaners that continue the shop's environmentally conscious business. The staff is mostly the same that we've seen for years and service is friendly, efficient and terrific. Thanks!
