My beautiful dupioni silk comforter was ruined & no one wants to take accountability. This is a $1200 comforter. I called & inquired as to if they could clean that material prior to bringing in & they assured me they could. They are asking me to produce a receipt from a comforter that I purchased 3 years ago. I don’t know anyone that keeps receipts that long.
Dropped off three pair of slacks at 3pm, and they were ready for pick up the next day by 1pm. Amazing turn around!! Also used them to reline/clean a wool trench coat a few months ago and it came out amazing, it was in rough shape and now looks like new inside and out!! I think they charged me 60$ which is amazing for a whole new liner and dry cleaning.
Always have a very good experience- staff is friendly and efficient. Cleaning is thorough and generally takes 1-2 days. Definitely recommend using them.
Our neighborhood Tide cleaners is the best. There is always a friendly face to greet you. They are quick and efficient. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good Cleaner company.
They always do a great job. One time I even sent back a shirt and they made sure to get it perfectly clean. Timely and the one day turn around to your door step can’t be beat!
