I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year with no issues, but my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought in a beautiful, high-quality silk blanket that was a sentimental gift from India. It had no stains—just some dog hair—and I was told they could clean it. Did a great job with husband’s shirts! Perfect amount of starch! Dropped off 15 shirts on Wednesday afternoon. All were done by Thursday after 5pm.

Very friendly environment. Always on time! Love the quick turn around for drop off & pick up. They always do a great job! I was worried after The original owner sold. But I’m very satisfied with Tide. There are other cleaners closest to my home, but I always come here.
