I’ve been coming to this dry cleaner for over a year with no issues, but my most recent experience was deeply disappointing. I brought in a beautiful, high-quality silk blanket that was a sentimental gift from India. It had no stains—just some dog hair—and I was told they could clean it. OH My Gosh!!!! I am beside myself with not only the top notch, above, beyond, superb brand new looking rug I received back( it went in a dirty mess -~ stained and alls I thought was of it can get cleaned somewhat that’s cool.) it looked brand spanking new from the store! Very friendly environment. Always on time! Love the quick turn around for drop off & pick up. They always do a great job! I was worried after The original owner sold. But I’m very satisfied with Tide. There are other cleaners closest to my home, but I always come here.
Oh, this place is wonderful! I needed something early today and they got it for me rather than make me wait till 5 o’clock. It was something that I needed sooner and they did that for me and I appreciate that so much. I have been coming here for a very long time at the same location and I like them very much so I recommend them highly.
Tim, professional and reliable! The customer service is top notch. I appreciate the flexibility of the drive through and the lockers for drop off. I have not used the mobile service but great to have all of the options!
