OH My Gosh!!!! I am beside myself with not only the top notch, above, beyond, superb brand new looking rug I received back( it went in a dirty mess -~ stained and alls I thought was of it can get cleaned somewhat that’s cool.) it looked brand spanking new from the store! I have been a loyal customer since 2011. I will be taking my business to a new company. My dry cleaning was picked up on 9/3 and scheduled to be delivered on 9/4. Instead of delivering my dry cleaning they called me and told me they had sold the business to tide cleaners and needed me to provide my credit card. I provided the credit card information and was assured by Lee my clothes (12 pieces). Would be delivered on Friday. They delivered 4 of the 12 pieces. The location is perfect and the drive -up is so convenient! This place is spotless and clean and they pay close attention to every detail. The staff is always terrific with customer service but the prices are too high for us on a regular basis especially for veterans and senior citizens.
I'm very happy with the Service at Tide Cleaners in Arvada. Clothes look great and smell great. The last place I took my clothes for cleaning was next to a restaurant. My orders began smelling awful, like greasy food. I'm so happy I made the decision to switch.
Service was good and as promised. But $7.50 to clean a golf shirt was crazy to me. My button down dress shirts were certainly fair at $4 and change. But my 4 polo shirts cost $30 to have cleaned. The location is convenient, but that seemed high for cleaning some polos.
