Absolutely the worst dry cleaner I have ever encountered. This place is a complete disaster from start to finish. Terrible service, ridiculous turnaround times, and shockingly poor quality. They managed to ruin clothes that were in perfect condition—items I trusted them with and now can’t wear again. Stains still there, fabrics damaged, and zero accountability. This cleaner does a nice job cleaning clothes. They do a really poor job of meeting dates and working their processes. They have 2 locations. One is just a drop off and pick up depot. The main location on Cedar is where they do the cleaning. There have been multiple instances of the finished clothes not being available for pick up at the location I asked to pick them up at. This is the WORST cleaner EVER. Terrible service, long lead time and the worst quality of work. Stay away; they will destroy your clothes. And this is not the worst part - the worst part is the manager. She is rude, provides terrible service and does a terrible job drying cleaning. They have damaged almost all my friends and family clothes that went through this dry cleaners. Please stay away from Tide Cleaners. A word to a wise is sufficient. Terrible dry cleaners.
Avoid this place at all costs. They don’t clean clothes—they destroy them. Stains still there, fabric damaged, and somehow they think that’s acceptable. The manager is hostile, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. Instead of fixing their mistakes, they argue and brush you off like you’re the problem. No accountability. No apology. Just attitude. This isn’t bad luck—it’s incompetence. Multiple people I know have had clothes ruined here. One star is being generous. I would actually petition for closure if I had the time. This is the worst dry cleaners EVER! They will destroy your clothes, have terrible customer service and turnaround time. This is the only dry cleaners I know that would have your clothes looking WORSE than when you brought it in. If you have any value for your clothes, please do not dry cleaners your clothes at this terrible location. They need to close shop!
