Today was my last time using Tide. I’ve been a loyal customer since the original location opened in 2015 and continued with the Pilot Knob location in 2021, spending over $750 annually each year. Unfortunately, the customer service from the GM, Deeann, has fallen far short of expectations. Both of your sales associates were extremely helpful and courteous each time I dropped off and picked up my cleaning order.
Tide Cleaners lost a shirt of mine three weeks ago. That happens, it's not a big deal. What is a big deal is that evidently only the manager can resolve this and the manager appears to be unreachable but also incapable or unwilling to initiate any outbound communications on the matter. I've never had an experienc like this where the management layer doesn't engage and resolve and instead puts the burden entirely on the customer. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Dry cleaning is always completed in a timely manner and clothes come back looking great.
Tried Tide for the first time. I had hot fudge spills on my winter coat. When I dropped it off I pointed to the areas and the kid working said not to worry they’ll get it. Well, I went to wear it last night and saw they didn’t get either spot. Pics below. $26 for what I’m not sure.
