First, the workers behind the counter for drop-off and pick-up were nice--I was given the coupon price, even though I didn't think to ask for a discount or a coupon. It saved me a fair amount of money, which I appreciated. Second, I received my coat back in a couple days, instead of a week. I thought the turnaround time was super fast. This is the WORST cleaner EVER. Terrible service, long lead time and the worst quality of work. Stay away; they will destroy your clothes. And this is not the worst part - the worst part is the manager. She is rude, provides terrible service and does a terrible job drying cleaning. They have damaged almost all my friends and family clothes that went through this dry cleaners. Please stay away from Tide Cleaners. A word to a wise is sufficient. Terrible dry cleaners.
This is hands down the worst cleaner I have ever dealt with in my life. The service is abysmal, the turnaround time is absurdly long, and the quality of work is beyond unacceptable. If you value your clothes at all, stay far away — they will ruin them. And somehow, the worst part isn’t even the damage to the clothing. Absolutely the worst dry cleaner I have ever encountered. This place is a complete disaster from start to finish. Terrible service, ridiculous turnaround times, and shockingly poor quality. They managed to ruin clothes that were in perfect condition—items I trusted them with and now can’t wear again. Stains still there, fabrics damaged, and zero accountability. This cleaner does a nice job cleaning clothes. They do a really poor job of meeting dates and working their processes. They have 2 locations. One is just a drop off and pick up depot. The main location on Cedar is where they do the cleaning. There have been multiple instances of the finished clothes not being available for pick up at the location I asked to pick them up at.
