This cleaner does a nice job cleaning clothes. They do a really poor job of meeting dates and working their processes. They have 2 locations. One is just a drop off and pick up depot. The main location on Cedar is where they do the cleaning. There have been multiple instances of the finished clothes not being available for pick up at the location I asked to pick them up at. I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional service than this Tide location. They do NOT respect your time. I dropped off a pair of pants to be hemmed on Nov 5th and was told it would be ready in two weeks, by Nov 20th. When I went to pick it up, my pants weren’t even ready. They told me to come back the next morning. I went back around noon the next day, and again—still not ready. Then I was told to go to the Cedar Ave Tide location to pick them up. Today was my last time using Tide. I’ve been a loyal customer since the original location opened in 2015 and continued with the Pilot Knob location in 2021, spending over $750 annually each year. Unfortunately, the customer service from the GM, Deeann, has fallen far short of expectations. For the past three months, I’ve been told I had a small outstanding balance (about $16), even though I repeatedly showed proof of payment at the time of service. I am completely satisfied with Tide Cleaners doing my Dry cleaning needs. From cleaning my dress coats, dress slacks, and cleaning my dress shirt with heavy starch. I am completely Happy.
Both of your sales associates were extremely helpful and courteous each time I dropped off and picked up my cleaning order.
