Tried Tide for the first time. I had hot fudge spills on my winter coat. When I dropped it off I pointed to the areas and the kid working said not to worry they’ll get it. Well, I went to wear it last night and saw they didn’t get either spot. Pics below. $26 for what I’m not sure.
I only use them because they are close and have reasonable hours. They keep losing articles of clothing and their management has not called me back in six months about the first set of lost clothes. EDIT: Owner of business stated that they would contact me "very soon" 9 months ago. Nobody from the Dry Cleaner has contacted me. In the words of CeeLo Green, Forget these guys.
My experience with this cleaner has been very mixed. Most of the time my shirts and professional apparel have been returned clean and pressed. If I ask for something special, like a spot removal or no starch, or whatever - the attendant nods and says ok. They don't write it down or make a note in the computer. These requests usually do not get fulfilled. I've had multiple issues with items returned with missing buttons. Great service. Efficient. New Customers - Please note: ensure your card is in file if you plan to use the after-hours pickup machine. Almost caused an issue for me, but the staff was great and they opened a little early to give me my pants for a very important business trip. They earned this loyal, repeat customer. Plus the automation is just cool!
I had enjoyed having a Tide dry cleaners close to my home until they LOST my blazer in February, 2023. I was told by the manager that six different client's orders were lost and they were going to have to search video surveillance to know what happened. It has now been three months since my blazer was lost by Tide Cleaners. I have sent a half dozen emails to the owner.
