Where do I begin? I have been doing business with Ted's Cleaners for over a decade. For convenience, I have always used the Woodbridge store. I would often to 4-12 shirts at a time, always asking for the shirts to be individually wrapped because I travel for work. It is just more convenient. Not long ago, Ted's was bought out by Tide. No matter how much I request that my shirts be individually wrapped, they can't seem to get this right, even though I have offered to pay extra for the extra plastic wrap. The coat we brought in had a stain which we were assured would come out. It did not. No offer was made to redo the work and they insisted we pay for the cleaning. We will not be using them again.
Tide cleaners is friendly and efficient. They did a great job on all my items.
So thrilled, tide was the only dry cleaner willing to take my emergency dry cleaning, needed it in one day due to travel! A+
