I worked with two individuals at this location who were both extremely helpful. The first lady I worked with ensured that I received a discount that was available at the time I brought my items in, the second insisted on helping me get my items to my car. The items I dropped off were also cleaned exceptionally well. I was very pleased with the experience.
We have used this business for more than ten years. Their service is professional, friendly and cost efficient. They provide special attention to the garments when needed. I am impressed with the efficiency of their services. I drop off our clothes in a big bag provided by by the laundry. I get an email as soon as the clothes are ready.. They have not lost or mixed up a single item ever. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to one and all.
The customer service is exceptional—friendly, informative, and efficient! I received next-day service, and they did an excellent job on my suit, including the blazer and slacks, as well as a beautifully done gown. Everything smells and looks pristine.
