We have used this business for more than ten years. Their service is professional, friendly and cost efficient. They provide special attention to the garments when needed. I am impressed with the efficiency of their services. I drop off our clothes in a big bag provided by by the laundry. I get an email as soon as the clothes are ready.. They have not lost or mixed up a single item ever. I have no hesitation in recommending this business to one and all.
The customer service is exceptional—friendly, informative, and efficient! I received next-day service, and they did an excellent job on my suit, including the blazer and slacks, as well as a beautifully done gown. Everything smells and looks pristine. Have used this Tide Cleaners for several items now and always had great service and quick turnaround. Using the app makes it quick and easy for drop off and pickup and provides nice discount coupons regularly. Definitely recommend.
Took some suede chaps that are used for competition, to be repaired at the cleaners and cleaned. The repair job was shotty at best and left. Lots of threads hanging and very crooked repair. As for the cleaning, they came back even more dirty than they left. Instead of having spots of dirt, it was spread all over the suede. Also, they were charging $68 to have these cleaned. They came back, not cleaned and still charged.. Will never bring another item there. If I could give less than one star, I definitely would
I had 2 expensive pieces of clothing hemmed. Carmen’s work was beautiful and done quickly. Service folks were very pleasant, as well!
