I would not return here. This was my first experience with this cleaners so I wanted to give them a try. I gave them a blanket I use for my house guests to see if they could clean the blanket properly and leave no fragrance. I got the blanket back a week later and while it was indeed clean, there was a strong fragrance in the blanket. I asked that they use a no fragrance cleaner and they did it anyway. 🤦‍♂️ So I take it back and they agree to redo it. I picked it up a week later today and the fragrance is there. Always a great experience at Tide! Kay and the other workers are always very helpful and friendly. I appreciate y'all being open after business hours, and on the weekends for more consumer convenience.

So sad to not be able to recommend. I dropped off two coats, picked them up smelling worse than they did before. The woman was kind and had me bring them back to be re-cleaned and they still do not smell clean. For almost $40, I had expected them to smell clean upon return.,

Review is coming a little late as this happened in November. I dropped off a significant amount of table cloths and linens knowing it would be a hefty bill. When the order was ready, I received a notification saying the total was somewhere around $350 when I arrived they said the total was over $500. Not too happy about the miscommunication, but whatever I guess. Exceptional service! The staff is friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my credit card there one Saturday. Although they had closed, the woman waited for me to return and get my card.
