I love the quality of clean at Tide and the staff are also fun to chat up while picking up or dropping off items to clean. They’ve even cleaned a smaller area rug for me too! In the heart of Dilworth it’s a great cleaners!
The Tide Cleaners off Park Road is my go to cleaners. I have taken many items to them for cleaning, such as, linen blouses, bedding, a Louie Vuitton scarf, and the typical men’s dress shirt. They do a nice job dry cleaning, and if a stain can’t be removed, they make a note of it. The ladies working there during the week and on the weekends are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Always a great experience with timely and excellent service. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable - and a joy to do business with!
Gave you 5 star rating, however there is one thing that I would mention regarding timely service. A minor seam repair for pair of slacks required two weeks turn around. Should improve this service.
