I had a great experience working with Tide cleaners on Park Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. They were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clean A bedspread and a blanket. The service was provided in a timely fashion. I will use them again and refer other people to them.
Always a great experience at Tide! Kay and the other workers are always very helpful and friendly. I appreciate y'all being open after business hours, and on the weekends for more consumer convenience.
So sad to not be able to recommend. I dropped off two coats, picked them up smelling worse than they did before. The woman was kind and had me bring them back to be re-cleaned and they still do not smell clean. For almost $40, I had expected them to smell clean upon return.,
Review is coming a little late as this happened in November. I dropped off a significant amount of table cloths and linens knowing it would be a hefty bill. When the order was ready, I received a notification saying the total was somewhere around $350 when I arrived they said the total was over $500.
