Always a great experience at Tide! Kay and the other workers are always very helpful and friendly. I appreciate y'all being open after business hours, and on the weekends for more consumer convenience.
Review is coming a little late as this happened in November. I dropped off a significant amount of table cloths and linens knowing it would be a hefty bill. When the order was ready, I received a notification saying the total was somewhere around $350 when I arrived they said the total was over $500. So sad to not be able to recommend. I dropped off two coats, picked them up smelling worse than they did before. The woman was kind and had me bring them back to be re-cleaned and they still do not smell clean. For almost $40, I had expected them to smell clean upon return.,
Exceptional service! The staff is friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my credit card there one Saturday. Although they had closed, the woman waited for me to return and get my card.
Store is clean, people are pleasant and my clothes were ready on time and clean.
