Whats the point of a dry cleaner if the garments is not clean?! Almost all the stains were still on most my items, I believe I should be refunded, I was also not been told about any issues before picking up.
I had a great experience working with Tide cleaners on Park Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. They were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clean A bedspread and a blanket. The service was provided in a timely fashion. I will use them again and refer other people to them.
I would not return here. This was my first experience with this cleaners so I wanted to give them a try. I gave them a blanket I use for my house guests to see if they could clean the blanket properly and leave no fragrance. I got the blanket back a week later and while it was indeed clean, there was a strong fragrance in the blanket. Always a great experience at Tide! Kay and the other workers are always very helpful and friendly. I appreciate y'all being open after business hours, and on the weekends for more consumer convenience.
So sad to not be able to recommend. I dropped off two coats, picked them up smelling worse than they did before. The woman was kind and had me bring them back to be re-cleaned and they still do not smell clean. For almost $40, I had expected them to smell clean upon return.,
