Review is coming a little late as this happened in November. I dropped off a significant amount of table cloths and linens knowing it would be a hefty bill. When the order was ready, I received a notification saying the total was somewhere around $350 when I arrived they said the total was over $500. Started using Tide about a year ago after another cleaner wasn’t meeting our standards. Have been beyond pleased with the results, but also the friendliness of the team there. They recently went above and beyond for us, and so grateful to them.
I love the quality of clean at Tide and the staff are also fun to chat up while picking up or dropping off items to clean. They’ve even cleaned a smaller area rug for me too! In the heart of Dilworth it’s a great cleaners!
Exceptional service! The staff is friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my credit card there one Saturday. Although they had closed, the woman waited for me to return and get my card.
So sad to not be able to recommend. I dropped off two coats, picked them up smelling worse than they did before. The woman was kind and had me bring them back to be re-cleaned and they still do not smell clean. For almost $40, I had expected them to smell clean upon return.,
