Staff is polite and professional but unable to have ready next day, dropped off on a Tuesday evening was told couldn’t be ready until Monday was ready on Friday. Hangers and plastic covers are heavy duty but I personally need same day or next day service especially at this price point
***UPDATE FROM ORIGINAL REVIEW: Cliff the regional manager reached out the same day as this review was posted to apologize and remedy the situation. Not only did he repair the zipper but they were able to remove the original stained cushion as well. I'm very thankful for Cliff and the rest of the Tide Park Rd team for their willingness to make things right.
