My dress was preserved here and when I picked it up, it was not in an air tight box, poorly packaged, and they told me my dress would yellow if it is not air tight. I reached out and they stated they would make it right but I have not heard anything again since yesterday. Still something to be mindful of before leaving the store. I drove 1.5 hours to go to this location because of all the good reviews. I am regretting that decision. Extra nice facility. Super clean and up-to-date equipment. Fantastic customer service. The Grand Opening is this month and the business is providing the first 3 washes and drys free. Highly recommended!
Incredible laundromat, the fact I don’t have to bring in my own soap saved me $ and time. I was able to choose what soap and softener I wanted to use is really cool. Free dryer sheets to boot. Highly recommend Tide Laundromats
Great dry cleaners. No issues with anything. Fast turn around and they have same day. Hangers are good quality and shirts can be folded. The lady who is the manger is personable and friendly.
This place is so awesome! Not only does this cleaners provide a consistent quality clean, the staff is super friendly and caring. What a great addition to the castle hills community
